After My Ex-Boyfriend Lost His Memory

[I have so little inspiration that updates have been incredibly slow. The rest of the story will no longer be paid. This is the first half, which is complete through the amnesia arc. The second half will be posted separately on my page, free to read. I'll update it all at once when it's finished. If I don't, come beat me up. The second half takes place after the memories return, and the ending is tragic.]

Wen Mi had had enough of Zhou Xun's obsession and possessiveness. She seized her chance and ran away, disappearing for three years.

In those three years, she lived a peaceful, carefree life, and her career went smoothly. Most importantly, Zhou Xun never came looking for her again.

She assumed he had simply lost interest, so she didn't think much of it.

Until one night, when she came home and saw someone downstairs who looked familiar.

She instinctively tried to run, but then heard Zhou Xun ask the assistant beside him,

"Are you sure it's her?"

"But she looks so afraid of me."

He had come looking for her.

Only, he had lost his memory.

On the day of T University's basketball game, Wen Nan had promised to go watch Gu Jue play. At the last minute, though, she got distracted by the handsome starters on the physics team next door and went to ogle them.

She ended up watching until the neighboring game was over.

Feeling guilty, Wen Nan tried to sneak back. The moment she turned around, she saw a tall, slender boy staring at her, jealousy radiating from him.

Wen Nan: "No, um, let me explain..."

Gu Jue seemed to have just finished his game. His bangs hung low, damp with sweat. His eyes, usually bright with a smile for her, suddenly darkened, and his voice held a trace of irritation.

"You missed me coming in first."

Wen Nan was about to apologize when his tall figure leaned over her. His faintly sweet scent drew closer, and she heard his breathing, barely restrained, beside her ear.

The air stilled for a few seconds. Wen Nan's ears burned as she finally heard Gu Jue speak.

His voice, usually cool and detached, now sounded almost aggrieved. The words seemed to ignite a flame beside her ear.

"Big sis, from now on, can you watch only me?"
