This Is a Martial Arts Novel

[It's back! I'm writing two books at once and aiming for three updates a week.]

This story is also known as "The Wandering Young Hero," "What's for Dinner at the Young Hero's Home?" and "The Seven Heroes: Senior and Junior Apprentices."

+++I'll do my best not to abandon it!

A blend of classic Chinese settings and Jin Yong-style martial arts, with a few game-like elements, but no System. The heroine has no love interest. It's a slow-paced farming and food story (not really). There are lots of major liberties, and I've thrown the timeline out the window. The senior brother in the character list is an original character and has a sibling-like relationship with the heroine. The Seven Swords are original, not the ones from the animated series.

The heroine is the coolest and most dashing (nods). She has eyes only for beauty, not romance.

Blurb:

The martial world stretches on, and decades pass in a dream.

This is a martial world that is romantic, dangerous, warm, and ordinary.

This world has heroes, great thieves, swordsmen, and beauties.

This world has wandering rogues, demonic leaders, elegant young gentlemen, and humble beggars.

This world has the most delicious food and the worst wine. It has stirring tales and long, lonely roads.

This world has seven swords.

The Seven Swords choose their masters, and the realm is bound to descend into chaos. The masters of the Seven Swords must be great heroes.

A young woman bears the Seven Swords and rides into the martial world.

She travels through the realm, encounters countless stories, makes interesting friends, tastes the finest foods in the land, and drinks thousands of kinds of wine.

Across ten thousand miles of mountains and rivers, through the warmth of everyday life, she travels everywhere.

And in the end, she too becomes a story.

The people who tell that story call her...

Young Hero.

Theme: With wine and sword for company, live the most carefree and dashing life imaginable.
