The month Han Ce shot to fame, Song Sinian couldn't eat or sleep and lost five pounds.

It was bad enough that his own career had stalled.

Seeing his archenemy shoot to stardom overnight was even more distressing.

Song Sinian furiously wrote a villain boss modeled on Han Ce. To his surprise, the character became an overnight sensation and quickly rose to become the most popular character he'd ever created.

Countless fans of the book became Han Ce fans because of him.

Even more absurdly, they asked Song Sinian if he had a crush on Han Ce.

Song Sinian: What?!

He was so angry his nose nearly twisted out of shape.

He'd rather have a crush on a dog than on Han Ce!

During a trip, Song Sinian repeatedly picked fights with Han Ce, who barged into his room and kissed him.

The door was paper-thin.

Their mutual friend was knocking, asking where Han Ce was.

Humiliated but resolute, Song Sinian said, "I don't know."

Han Ce chuckled in his ear. "You like sneaking around?"
