The apocalypse arrives, spiritual qi revives, and plants and animals mutate. Yet only a small number of humans awaken supernatural abilities!
In her previous life, Ming Yue was subjected to endless humiliation and torment because her blood had healing properties, and was eventually cut apart for research. This time, she awakens the Mermaid Evolution System!
"Congratulations, Host, on awakening the Mermaid System. Work hard to devour and evolve!"
And so, powerful mutant tigers, terrifying Zombie Emperors, crazed Devil Vines, and cruel, greedy ability-users all become nourishment for Ming Yue's growth!
She starts out as a mermaid, and evolves by devouring. With her terrifying ability to consume, she rises to the very top of the food chain, becoming the mightiest mutated beast. She leads an army of mutated beasts in an assault on the humans who abused her, becoming the most terrifying BOSS-level villain in humanity's eyes!
In Ming Yue's eyes, humans are dark, cruel, and selfish, and are the species most deserving of extinction on Blue Star!
When someone hears this, he smiles and asks her, "What about me? I'm human too."
Ming Yue rolls her eyes and rubs her aching waist. "How the hell can you even call yourself human? You might as well change your name to Qin Shou!"
