Original female protagonist, paired with Byakuran (When the story begins, he's the Black Byakuran from one of the eight trillion future worlds in the Katekyo Hitman Reborn! canon, a world destroyed by him. He's very dark, and while I'll make some adjustments later to bring him closer to his character, he really is dark early on, and even into the middle of the story. At nineteen, she suddenly learned that her parents, whom she saw only once every few years, had always belonged to a strange organization that used alcohol as codenames. They had come to tell her that they had secured a trademark for their daughter in the organization... No, not a trademark, they'd applied for a codename. Asaba Shizuku had planned to finish her doctorate at university, stay on as a professor, and coast through life. ...Fine, then. Freshly dubbed "Baileys," Asaba Shizuku joined the distillery's research lab, where she kept slacking off and causing trouble for the organization's research projects. Then Vermouth, the most mysterious woman in the organization, suddenly told her that the Boss wanted to see her. Asaba Shizuku: ...Oh. Who's afraid of whom? With a Pocky stick between her teeth and her hands in her pockets, Asaba Shizuku sauntered toward the Boss's room. "Hey, Shizuku. I like your lab coat." Asaba Shizuku looked down at the stark white coat she was wearing, then glanced around the snow-white room. Finally, she looked at the young man across from her: his white shoes, white suit, white snacks, and white hair. Ah, my eyes hurt. 2. "Shizuku, have you ever seen the god of this world?" Byakuran spread his wings atop a skyscraper. "This world is false, filthy, and corrupt because it had no god in the past. Now, I will become its new god. What do you think, Shizuku?"
