[The King's Avatar] After We Broke Up, My Ex Became the League's Number One

The day I received my high school acceptance letter, I broke up with Zhou Zekai.

There was no other reason. I was going to a school in the neighboring district, and a long-distance relationship (?) was never going to work.

On the day we graduated from high school, I turned down his request to get back together.

Because that idiot had given up his guaranteed admission to F University and chosen to debut as a professional esports player.

The day I left to study in Germany, Zhou Zekai and I ran into each other in the airport terminal.

He had become the top player in the league. With his teammates egging him on, he walked up to me and shyly handed me a Jellycat bouquet plush.

I looked at him, then at the flowers.

I rummaged through the bouquet and pulled out a Glory World Championship ring.

Facing his nervous expression, I let out a long sigh.

"Zhou Zekai, you're such an idiot. The ring isn't going to make its way onto my finger by itself."

"Come here and put it on me already."

On the 2,893rd day after breaking up with her, he finally said the words he had kept buried in his heart.

Fortunately, he finally got the answer he wanted, too.

"Will you marry me?"

"Yes."
