The battle angel Cromann, a highly respected figure, is sent to the human world to undergo trials after disagreeing with the other angels.
Once there, he lets loose completely. Taking work from churches to exterminate monsters under the guise of an exorcist, he usually heads straight to a bar for a drink after a job, covered in wounds, claiming it's "for his recovery."
His unique, mysterious air catches Dax's attention. From then on, the bar keeps its counter open just for this strange exorcist. Dax even goes so far as to stalk him, wearing an excited grin whenever he sees him in danger.
It turns out Dax enjoys the thrill of the hunt. In that respect, they are "kindred spirits"!
That alone wouldn't be enough to make Dax fall into the "trap" laid by this crafty exorcist. But after getting to know him better, he discovers that the other man is an angel! His own hunting instincts are ignited, so he starts secretly helping with the "exorcist's" missions. Unfortunately, he only manages to make things worse...
But his actions also awaken Cromann's desire to hunt him. And so begins a game of cat and mouse...
Until the archangel directly orders Cromann to wipe out the wolf clan, bringing their game to an end...
But that goes against everything Cromann believes. Aren't angels supposed to help every race live in peace and prosper? Why exterminate the wolf clan?! After weighing his options, he snaps the necklace symbolizing his faith as an angel right in front of the archangel, making an enemy of the entire angel race!
What he never expected was for the werewolf who should have been his prey to suddenly appear before him.
Dax: "Long time no see, exorcist. Oh, no, I should say, Lord Fallen Angel."
Cromann: "Have we met?"
Dax: "My Wolf God, we've seen each other all the time! Don't you remember?"
Cromann: "I'm face-blind. Get to the point, and thanks for cooperating!"
Who would have thought the guy would lunge straight at Cromann, take a punch from him, and successfully get some of his blood? While Cromann was still stunned, he forced him to drink the blood wine he'd prepared.
Cromann felt a transparent shackle appear around his neck. Then he heard Dax say triumphantly, "From now on, I'll share half your pain!"
Cromann: "You're insane!"
Dax: "I am, because you took my heart!"
From then on, Dax was always at Cromann's side, wherever he went. They faced every provocation and insult from every race together, and shared all their joys and sorrows, half belonging to Cromann and half to Dax...
Author's content warnings:
1. The author is stubborn as a mule, has a head full of ideas, and is terrible at following through. What actually gets written is nothing like what was in my head.
2. This story is written on and off, with long breaks in between. Before it's finished, I'm unlikely to go back and rework what I've already written. At most, I'll continue from the previous chapter.
3. Punctuation is all over the place. I mix up grammatical particles and don't always notice the difference between words meaning "at" and "again." Please bear with me.
4. I love inner monologues and little side scenes, but my characters can still come across like robots when they act. I'm trying to keep an eye on this and fix it...
5. There may be lots of repeated words, such as "even," "at least," "but," "actually," and "then."
6. I'll try to reply to comments, but please don't believe any promises I make. Until a promise comes true, it's all just bubbles!!!!
7. This is a keyboard-smashing mess, full of flaws. Please bear with me, orz.
Feel free to drop the story if you get bored. If there's anything you want to criticize, unless it's about a character being genuinely evil or something that's just for dramatic effect, please criticize the author instead. Thank you, my little angels! orz
(A little wish) If... there are fan works in the future, my little angels, please:
Keep to your own corner and don't bother others!
Theme: You are the exalted Fallen Angel, and I am the exorcist who gave you my heart
Come and watch Teacher Mo's articles. I heard that you look down on unsigned authors. You didn't offer any practical advice and even asked for a large sum of money from the unsigned Gugu.
I'm not allowed to post the article next door, right? The ratio of clicks on the first chapter to that on the previous chapter is 5%. I won't let you know the facts. It's really eye-opening, after all, most black history articles can have 20%. For an ordinary article, this ratio is 40%-50%, and you are only nearly ten times worse than the average level. But don't be sad. Next time you fool a newbie into paying for a cup of milk tea by reading a chapter, you can brag that you have made huge progress every time you write a book. There is a lot of room for improvement. After all, Qian Shu and others can boast about dimensionality reduction and strike, you can definitely do it, Teacher Mo~
Because I graded Teacher Mo, my Moonstone balance is no longer a multiple of 10. It's so annoying to watch.
Teacher Mo is a talented player.
Is this an article about talent flow?
Hahaha, looking forward to the follow-up, the author will update it soon
