A carefree, arrogant, affectionate third prince of the celestial realm as the top x the next Medicine Lord, who is sweet and adorable (on the surface), slow to react, and tries hard to suppress his scent, as the bottom.
The story focuses on the bottom. He's not a naive, sweet dummy. He seems kind and obedient, but he's not weak. Naturally innocent and carefree, he doesn't overthink things, but he's actually a scheming fox. I won't write a bottom who's too childish.
Happy ending. A feel-good power fantasy with a little angst. Most tops in the small worlds are younger, but their original selves are actually older. The small-world settings vary: there will be sadistic, corrupted characters, sweetness, mutual flirting, and different characterizations. The early worlds mostly feature forced relationships and bad endings. Lots of stepmother-themed fiction, with no blood relation.
