Sheng Tang laughs in his dream, but then the alarm goes off. He opens his eyes and feels his blood run cold. He gets up for work looking utterly despondent and continues following Fu Linzhou around as his secretary, not daring to breathe too loudly. But he dreams about Fu Linzhou every night. The dreams keep coming, and they feel more and more real, until Sheng Tang starts to feel dazed even when he’s awake. Once, on a business trip with Fu Linzhou, he wakes up sprawled across Fu Linzhou’s bed, while Fu Linzhou sits beside it with a grim expression. When he sees Sheng Tang wake, Fu Linzhou is just about to lose his temper, but then Sheng Tang looks at him pitifully, as if terribly wronged. He reaches out and gives a little grab, his eyes brimming with tears. “Hubby, I can’t sleep anymore.” Fu Linzhou: “…” One day, afraid he’ll get lost in his dreams, Sheng Tang doesn’t dare sleep at all. His dark circles are so bad he looks like a panda.
