Batman and His Kryptonian Childhood Friend: A Western Crossover

Everything began to change one summer. After the Waynes died, Alfred took his young master on a road trip across America to help him heal. They stopped outside a farm in Kansas. When the car broke down, the old butler had to get out and inspect it, while Bruce sat inside, gloom all over him, his indifferent, lifeless eyes gazing out the window. Suddenly, he saw a boy standing outside, smiling as he waved at him. An idea inspired by watching Public Enemies: What if Bruce had gotten out of the car that day? Would the defensive shell around him have softened a little? Would he have become better at trusting and understanding others, and perhaps more capable of expressing himself, so that his words were no longer so aggressive? If eight-year-old Clark changed eight-year-old Bruce, would the whole world become different? Theme: Warm people bring warmth to the world.
