A Letter on a Midsummer Night

[Main Story] Xu Jing first met Shen Yan in the summer after the high school entrance exams. The young man stepped out of the elevator, tall and straight, with a languid air. Only his handsome brows and eyes were cold, as if he could no longer find joy in anything. His indifferent gaze swept past. Locked out of his own home, Xu Jing watched as the man walked straight into the apartment next door. The door slammed shut with a thunderous bang. From then on, Xu Jing couldn't stand his neighbor. On the day of freshman orientation, Xu Jing slipped into the classroom just in time. Then he turned his head and saw a familiar figure asleep at the desk by the window, long legs loosely bent, posture languid, slender, fair fingers resting wearily on the back of his neck. Xu Jing: "...?" He just can't get rid of this damn guy. They were born to clash, completely incompatible. Following the principle of settling things with their fists rather than their words, they became thorns in each other's sides. That is, until Shen Yan deliberately injured himself one time, and Xu Jing kindly went into Room 602 to apply medicine. The other guy said nothing the entire time, looking down at him as if he were beneath him. Xu Jing was just about to curse him for staring when that scarred hand reached out and lightly touched his eyelashes. At the same time, a low voice dropped from above. "You're pretty good-looking." Xu Jing: "..." From then on, Xu Jing went further and further down the road of convincing himself the other guy liked him.
