People have a hard time escaping the circumstances they find themselves in.
Even a good-for-nothing who gets a golden finger and starts over isn't guaranteed a good life.
The female lead is a good-for-nothing, and she might just stay useless until she disappears. Then the story won't have a female lead anymore.
(Ah, what am I even thinking? Can I really stick with this for that long? By the way, yes, I just wanted to casually flirt with Kakashi, that's all.)
I might more or less follow the anime storyline. I'm rewatching it while sorting out the timeline, so updates will definitely be irregular.
For population, I'm going with the idea that "ninjas are a highly specialized profession, so there aren't many of them." As for the eighty thousand people in the Fourth Great Ninja War, what even was that? I don't know, I'm just a baby. Naruto's number is only a little over ten thousand, so in my setting there are only a few thousand active-duty ninja. The other noncombatant villagers add up to tens of thousands, meaning the people Naruto can see when he runs around the central area. I'm not counting the population in the surrounding areas, since this is a military stronghold. Logically, there wouldn't be too many outsiders living within it. So Konoha is divided into inner and outer rings, with a surrounding zone of settlements inhabited entirely by civilians who depend on the village. I don't care how Kishimoto set it up. If I don't imagine it this way, it bothers me. If you have objections, silently repeat, "This is fanfiction." If you still have objections, silently repeat the name of my column and remember that this is a "scrap recycling station." The classic location, Konoha Gate, is in the outer ring. (Though does Kishimoto even have a concept of normal logic...?) The Uchiha and Hyuga clans are major clans, but I'm setting their usual combat personnel at only a few hundred. Including noncombatants, each clan is around a thousand people. That's based on the idea that they're exceptionally capable, and that almost none of them are unable to fight unless they don't take part in combat.
A solemn declaration: I'm the kind of person who would die without novels. I read a lot. But! Because I like Kakashi so much, I almost never read Kakashi fanfiction!!!!! After reading one or two stories, I realized I couldn't stand seeing this man tangled up with someone else. It's not that I dislike it. It would genuinely make me sad.
I don't mind what I read, but when it comes to Kakashi fanfiction, I refuse to touch it.
So if anything in this story resembles another work, it can only mean my imagination isn't good enough. I did not plagiarize.
About how this story came to be:
The story of the filial son got mocked so much that it seriously ruined my enjoyment of scrolling through the headlines (I don't want to read it...). Plus, as you get older, nostalgia is inevitable, so I started rewatching Naruto.
But I'm not who I used to be. I've become someone who can't stop making snarky comments.
There are too many things to poke fun at, so it seemed good to have somewhere to put them.
The author is pretty gloomy and socially anxious (if I write something that doesn't fit a harmonious society and it gets locked, I might not be able to get it unlocked). I have a three-minute attention span. This is my first time writing a story, I have no outline, and there's no guarantee I'll stick with it. I also have OCD, so I'll pick and choose which of Kishimoto's details can be made to work, while discarding or changing some of them.
I might change the male lead. (I've rewatched up to episode 450, and my love for Kakashi of over ten years has suddenly wavered. I might also jump the fence and come back to him again. Kishimoto may have no logic, but his character designs are genuinely great. I have plenty of favorites, but I love them all.) I might finish the summary and then not feel like writing the story.
This story isn't exciting at all. The only place it might get heated is when readers criticize the author in the comments.
Just don't start fighting in the comments. If you really do start fighting... I might pretend I didn't see it (? -ω-`)
I'm just leaving my ideas here for safekeeping. There's no guarantee I'll write it, how much I'll write, or when I'll write it. The one good thing is that it's free.
Theme: I love you, and it has nothing to do with you.
Hokage
No need to reopen it, madam, be more confident, it looks great! If you want to change it, just fine-tune it. In essence, I personally like this kind of style.
What he wrote is truly a Buddha, do whatever you want, little by little a year
