The Substitute Male Supporting Character Quits

On his way to divorce his scumbag seme, Xie You hits his head. When he wakes up, he discovers he's the villainous cannon fodder in an entertainment-industry wish-fulfillment novel.

His only value in this world, apparently, is to serve as a stepping stone for the beautiful love story between the male lead and his love interest!

After three years of an arranged marriage, Xie You gave up his dream of becoming an actor and tried to become the perfect rich family's househusband for his scumbag husband. Xie You: ...Damn it!!

At the same time, the scumbag himself walks in holding their prenuptial agreement, which has just reached the end of its three-year term.

Thinking of the moment Xie You took a hit for him in the car, Lou Xiao lowers his sexy, husky voice and says gently, "Since you were sincere, I don't mind making this marriage-renewal agreement official."

But the gentle, virtuous little wife tears the "official marriage agreement" into a fan shape and flings it in his face the next second. "Make it official my ass! I'm done!"

Lou Xiao: ???

The first day after their divorce agreement, Xie You leaves the mansion with nothing.

Lou Xiao: No big deal. He'll come crawling back to me eventually.

The second day after their divorce agreement, Xie You makes a high-profile return to acting. His leading man is a warmhearted, award-winning actor who's been secretly in love with him for years.

Lou Xiao: His smile slowly fades...

The third day after their divorce agreement, Lou Xiao can't sleep and messages Xie You in the middle of the night, only to find he's been blocked??

He drives through the rain to the film set in the middle of the night, waits three hours outside the hotel, then sees Xie You come downstairs with an umbrella. His knees buckle and he drops to his knees in front of his wife.

The next day, the number one trending topic on Weibo: #The Shocking Twist Behind You Xiao's Divorce! Film Emperor Lou Kneels on Set to Beg for Reconciliation#
