The Desensitization Period

Can the sisters who have fully booked it give me a score? Or take a look at my current series, the story of Zhao Yisheng and Mr. Zhuo next door~

I was first attracted to The Desensitization Period because of a sentence in her copywriting, "a non-traditional reunion." After reading it, I thought that the reason why The Desensitization Period makes people feel more painful and more real than ordinary reunion novels is not that it is more sadistic, but that it is not about the simple rekindling of an old relationship, but the collapse of a relationship. After the collapse, the wound remains in the psychological structure of the person. Even if the two people still love each other, it has been rewritten by the past. In other words, the traditional "Broken Mirror and Reunion" essay often writes about the return of feelings, but the desensitization period writes about how people re-enter feelings with trauma, which will naturally be more painful and closer to reality. What is trauma? Trauma means that after the incident has passed, the wound is still there and still hurts. This is almost the background of the desensitization period. In many reunion stories, separation is more like a plot device. There was a misunderstanding back then, and they were separated for a few years. Now they reunite, the misunderstanding is explained, the love is reaffirmed, and then they get back together. But the desensitization period is not like this. It is more like saying that those pains will not just stay in the past, but will also tamper with a person's psychological parameters. In other words, the separation back then was not just something that happened. It also changed people. They became wary, harder to trust, harder to ask for love, easier to protect themselves when they get close, and more aware that they can no longer hand it over unconditionally. Therefore, the pain is not dramatic, but the pain of sequelae. , One word will hit you, one word will make your heart collapse, one word "family" can bring back your old life, your body will remember the intimacy, but your mind will not dare to believe it anymore. This kind of pain will be very real, because many really hurtful relationships in reality cannot be smoothed away by an explanation. Time does not heal everything. Time often only allows a person to adapt to trauma and survive, but at the cost of changing her. The common logic in traditional similar novels is that after a few years, everyone has matured, so they can start over, but this texture accurately writes another reality. After a few years, it does not mean that the injuries are gone. People have matured, or they may just be more defensive, more restrained, and better at hiding. This is especially reflected in Qi Jianzhen. It's not that she doesn't love, nor is she unwavering, but she knows too well that the collapse of that year was real. It is true that I have been hurt, and it is true that there are problems with the old structure, so you cannot pretend that everything can go back just because you still love me. This is very real, because many old relationships in reality are rekindled, not because there is no love, but because the injury is still there, and the defense is still there. The person is no longer the same person. You want to get closer, but you also want to protect yourself. The texture does not cover this with romance, so it seems more real. A person's wound most needs to be soothed by a deep attachment relationship that makes the self fully immersed, but the wound makes a person very afraid of entering such a relationship. Relational trauma can only be healed in a relationship, and it must undergo certain risks. This is the source of my pain when reading this article. The most difficult thing between Zhou Yi and Qi Jianzhen is precisely because they still love each other, so it is more dangerous, and precisely because each other can comfort the other best, so they can also hurt the other the most again. , Because you have had a family before, it is the most painful to talk about it now. This is a deep paradox. You need her to be healed, but it is also because you need her that you are most afraid of being hurt by her again. This is much more complicated than the traditional logic of breaking a mirror, which is that misunderstandings can be solved, and it is also closer to the difficulty of repairing traumatic intimate relationships in reality. Many novels will write the characters' hesitation, indifference, and avoidance as a kind of dramatic harshness and awkwardness, just like people often say that the protagonist has no mouth, but it is precisely because after experiencing major pain, people often develop another way of adaptation to reduce the granularity of experience. , Not touching the truly vulnerable parts, allowing oneself to function and live normally, but the price is that the real needs are also isolated, so some people will appear very strong, very clear-headed, and good at dealing with reality, but it is not easy to truly enter into intimacy. This is It was Qi Jianzhen who gave people the impression that her restraint was not a gesture. She was not deliberately disbelieving, but her psychological system had identified re-investment as a high-risk event. Similarly, Zhou Yi's gentle, relaxed, and relationship-promoting demeanor was not simply what people said. She is very flirtatious, but more like a mature way of survival. She is very good at stabilizing the situation, very good at carrying heavy loads with ease, and very good at making deep desires less compelling. This makes the two characters not just set up, but as if they have actually developed some kind of personality defense. If the wound in the relationship is not truly repaired, it will not necessarily explode immediately, but it will form a small emotional undo zone between two people, which is deeply used for defense. On the surface, it seems that it can continue, but in fact, part of it has died and withdrawn. So now that the two people are reunited, the most painful thing is not that you still love me, but that I know that you still love me, but I also know that there is a part of my body that has died once because of you. This feeling is rarely written seriously in the romance novel, as if if there is enough love, everything will be solved. But the desensitization period keeps reminding you that the fact that love is still there does not mean that trust is still there, that the heartbeat is still there does not mean that there is no problem with the structure, that the body remembers does not mean that the wound is healed, and that wanting a home does not mean that you can return to your original home. It does not believe in the automatic repairing power of love. Even if it admits that love is a necessary condition, it is what determines her. Whether they can be together again depends not only on love, but also on the ability to deal with old wounds, the ability to admit changes, the ability to stop copying old patterns, and the ability to express true needs when close, instead of just relying on defense and misunderstanding. It does not delete the complexity in the relationship for the sake of perfection. Zhou Yi often emphasizes home, which seems to be an expression of love, but home may be the most sensitive core of their relationship. They have lived together, truly owned, and the future once existed concretely. Then that community was destroyed. Now they want to mention it again, but no one dares to believe it. This makes home a traumatic image. When you mention it, it simultaneously brings up love, belonging, loss, shame, failure, and longing. So sometimes I feel that the pain of this book is not due to the sadistic plot, but to the series of weight behind this word. The gestalt of a person's experience that has been organized and is being organized is a world. How does Zhou Yi understand home, how does Qi Jianzhen understand love, how two people are shaped by past experiences to become what they are now, why the same sentence triggers completely different reactions for different people. The plots of many works are very lively, but you don't believe it because the characters react like they are for the drama. Love gives way, and the desensitization period is the opposite. Many of its plots are established because the character's psychology will always go that way. She will not agree immediately because she has been hurt like that. She will keep proposing because she has lost that kind of belonging. She approaches and then retreats because she is both loved and afraid. She will test with her body because words may not immediately penetrate the defense. Everyone likes to read the so-called crematorium for chasing wives. They feel that such articles often make people's hearts move because it satisfies people's desire to regain what they have lost, and the person they missed can come back. However, the desensitization period further forces you to admit another thing. The person who comes back is no longer the same person when he left, and the wounds left in the body will not disappear automatically because of reunion. Therefore, what it really writes is not the traditional reunion of a broken mirror, but more like how people continue to see each other with cracks after the mirror is broken.

Ah, Qizhou, you and your wives are really people of Party B and souls of Party B, and you have to be disturbed during your vacation. Mr. Zhuo has resigned as Party B. The best wife of Party B in the social animal series is none other than you. The two text messages, one asking you to control and the other asking you to help, are so interesting. Yes, one of you has a personal relationship with Jing Chen or is a big supporter, and the other works at Victorinox Pharmaceuticals, but Zhao Zhuo is also a personal friend of the two of you. It is really a miserable life for Party B. This series of extras is linked to Helena Jingchen, and it turns out that the social Animal Series All-Stars! It was described that Zhuo was always on a leash, but it turned out that the leash was also crazy. Yes, how could Mr. Zhuo's character be that of Chunliang? He was kidnapped downstairs in his company after working overtime, how could he go back without revenge. It's such an honor to see Zhuo and Zhao go crazy together. It's too wifely for you to say the same thing. Thoughts after reading this: Qi Zhou remember to turn on Do Not Disturb next time you two are working.

Coming, coming, coming! [Milk Tea][Fireworks] There are so many different places where you spend New Year's Eve! So artistic, so erotic! Omg I just want this, Jian Jian is so charming [shy][shy] Zoe is also very caring. I feel that there are very few people other than Jane who can give her such a reaction [Rainbow Fart] It's so interesting to receive different messages from both sides, hahahahaha, it's true that Zhou is in Victorinox now and is Helena's person [laughing and crying] It's so miserable! It's so easy to fly. Christmas Eve is already here! (The author's ability to clearly indicate the timeline is really amazing. I actually knew it after the character said a few words [laughing and crying] Damn Ms. Zhao, you are so beautiful [kiss] It turns out to be the Huang family. You are so brave. "The same crazy dog leash" Laughing to death [laughing and crying] [laughing and crying] Zhuo Zhuo is not a vegetarian either I feel like every time Zhou Yi says "If it were me", it's so cute (cute?) But she says it so sincerely but she's actually crazy [Rainbow Fart] It's so powerful, why are they connected! Revenge comes quickly! The Jing family is really the eternal boss of the series [Rainbow Fart] is not only the big boss, but also the big boss (?) You guys have such a complicated relationship. Once again I feel how warm and sweet Zhou Jian is [shy] It's really hard to be affected by things about doggy women every time when I'm enjoying myself [laughing and crying]

There is a linkage with Covet, but what makes me happy is that Mr. Zhao seems to be able to live for a long time [Come on]

Happy Children's Day, author! It's great that Zhou Yi finally has a child that his family loves. The two of them are so matched. No matter how old they are or what occasion they meet, as long as they look at each other, there will always be a story. The feeling of emptiness is probably that you can escape from the crowd and excitement and feel that you have nothing to do with it all. Zhou Yi should not be a foodie, let alone not be selective about what he eats. Wait for someone, the right person.

I have read Desensitization many times and really like this story. I watched "Coveting" on PO a long time ago, and I hated my habit of waiting for it to end. I no longer watch it anymore (Kulu Xi). I really want to watch Che Che, and it hurts (to be defeated) when it stops suddenly. Before I saw the announcement of the radio drama, the image of Zhou Yi in my mind was always that of a handsome and handsome man. I really have limited imagination and can't figure out how Lu Yan would match this image. After seeing the picture, I was able to accept the image of Zhou Yi in an instant, and those cute and cute things were immediately rationalized in Zhou Yi hahahahahaha The serious and conscientious senior partner and the cute little Zhou Yi (I can do both) who only act coquettishly towards Mr. Jian (pia fly). When I saw the picture, my first reaction was: Ah~ I love Zhou Yi even more. When I first watched Desensitization, I was really attracted by this idealistic love, which started from a young age and was compatible with each other. It's really wonderful to be in the current environment, and I've seen too many magical realities, but it's really great to come to Desensitization and see that their relationship has been healed again (a pure love warrior who was blown away by reality a few hours ago)

I have recently followed the author's other serials, and I came to read this one again. The feeling of the stories connecting each other is so wonderful. I picked up Zhou Jian next door, and when I reread it here, I started to pick up Mr. Zhuo and Yi Sheng. I really like the world of these women, and I also like each of their names, both Chinese and English. They are so thoughtful... I wonder how Qijing always gets into CP and I am looking forward to Wandering Code!

The main text is well written, but the extras and main text seem to be written by two people, exaggerated and flowing. It's like reading a novel by Gu Zao Ba Zong

I liked it very much. I read it for the first time in 2022 and then again in the middle. Hahaha, after I had almost forgotten the plot, I read it for the third time this year. It is a novel that makes me want to read more after reading one chapter. The characters and story are full of tension, and everything is firmly on my point. No one will dislike Zhouyi!
