1. The heroine's perspective
Shen Miao was a little princess loved by everyone, a peerlessly beautiful and magnificent girl.
Her imperial grandfather arranged her betrothal to Zhou Yan, the young heir of the Duke's estate. Shen Miao had known since childhood that she would marry Zhou Yan when she grew up and become the future heir's wife.
Until the day of her sixteenth birthday, when she secretly went to see the birthday present Zhou Yan had prepared for her. Outside his room, she heard him say aloud,
"This engagement is nothing but Shen Miao using the emperor to secure his favor. Why should I have to pay for her favor? I never wanted to marry her."
Shen Miao felt as if she had fallen into an icy abyss. She had never imagined that Zhou Yan thought so little of her.
If that was how he felt, then... she didn't want him anymore.
2. The hero's perspective
Zhou Yan's fiancée was Shen Miao, the little princess of the Ye Dynasty, adored by everyone. People envied her and were jealous of her.
Zhou Yan, however, found her nothing but tiresome. This engagement was simply the price he had to pay for the unparalleled favor Shen Miao enjoyed. He had never wanted to marry her.
But he couldn't disobey the emperor's decree. Zhou Yan endured it for years, until Shen Miao's sixteenth birthday, when he deliberately let her overhear his true feelings, using that chance to free himself from her.
Relieved, Zhou Yan turned around and went to the frontier to gain experience for three years.
When he returned, Shen Miao had become his elder brother's fiancée. As he watched the young woman standing beside his brother, he didn't know why...
He felt as if he had fallen into the primordial abyss, his heart aching unbearably.
It feels great to be smug for a moment, then you have to chase your wife all the way to the crematorium QAQ

Blurb
Ming Jingci, the eldest princess of the Great Jing, was betrothed to the adopted eldest son of the regent after her younger brother lost to him. On her wedding night, she faked her death to escape the predicament and flee Jinling. Taking on another person's identity and disguising herself as a man, she joined the army.
By a twist of fate, she became the personal guard of the renowned general, Marquis Chang Ying. Chang Ying was brave, resourceful, and handsome. Every celebrated young lady from a noble family wanted to marry him. Unfortunately, he had lost an arm and was the regent's adopted son. Everyone knew the regent and the current emperor were sworn enemies, so most noble families gave up on the idea. Since he also kept his distance from women, even those hoping to find another way to place a woman at his side had no opportunity.
And Ming Jingci was the eldest princess of Great Jing, now in Xie Changying's hands. If her identity were exposed, she would have no chance of survival. From then on, Ming Jingci spent every day trying to conceal who she was, terrified that one day she would die by his blade.
Later, Ming Jingci's identity was exposed after all. She thought the general would execute her in public, but he pretended not to know and even helped cover for her.
Xie Changying felt there was something wrong with him. He actually wanted to spend every day with his personal guard. It seemed he had inherited the same penchant for men described by his ancestors. To cure himself of this affliction, he decided to replace his personal guard. But then he discovered that his guard was actually a little white rabbit wearing a dog's hide.
In short, it's the story of a cunning princess disguised as a sweet little white rabbit winning over a great wolf of a war god.
Theme: If you make a fool of yourself, you have to get on your knees and beg for forgiveness
Seeing this, I feel that the male protagonist is a role model, he is both responsible and upright. I have gained a lot of benefits, but one sentence left me a step back, and the other sentence I didn't know. After receiving the benefits of Po Tian, he found that he seemed to be in the wrong, so he tried to find a way to attack the heroine, because the emperor did not dare to bully, the heroine's brother was not easy to bully, and the heroine liked him and it was easy to bully, this kind of person is a villain If you just simply don't like the heroine, it doesn't matter what the writing is, but the family gets a lot of benefits. If you don't know about the father's plan, you don't first find a way to make up for the heroine or her family, make up for what you owe, and first find a way to break off the engagement with the heroine. This is equivalent to making a contract and intending to go back on it. First, you don't think of ways to make up for the partner, and first you think of ways to make the partner break the contract. This is not your fault, and you don't need to return the benefits. What a villain.
Who is the male protagonist? If it's still like this, I'll cut my losses
Emmmm, no, it's popular that the male protagonist is trash, so why should he be forced to clean it up?
It's so disgusting... I go to brothels every day. Who knows if there are real brothels...
This male protagonist is really very uncomfortable
To be honest, I may have skipped a few chapters. I felt more about the affairs between Song Wenwen and the three of them to provide an inexplicable reason for the heroine to get married. I felt that the line about Zhou Xiao liking Song Wenwen was unnecessary (maybe it will be useful later?). Furthermore, for some reasons, he and Shen Miao were supposed to be engaged, so he must not talk about the supposed marriage. It is true that after Zhou Xiao became the heroine's fiancé, his contact with Song Wennuan might probably increase (actually, I still find it baffling, men and women are so wary, how could the heroine bring Zhou Xiao with her when she met Song Wenwen!), But how did he feel that he would be accepted by Song Wennuan? In Song Nuannuan's view, Zhou Xiao is her best friend's fiancé!
I'm speechless, who is the heroine! These pictures are all talking about Song Wenwen, are they in Shuiwen?
I asked for this leave... I thought how much I would have to write.
There are too many supporting characters. The few chapters I bought are all supporting characters. I'm really speechless... I feel like I've been cheated out of my money.
I want to see Chasing Wife Crematorium
