(Pseudo-Crossover) Labyrinth

The world is beautiful, but perhaps that's only because we haven't seen it all.

She met him at the entrance to the labyrinth, and he led her inside.

She met him halfway through, and he walked with her through the labyrinth.

Lost in the labyrinth, she met him again, and he guided her out.

At the end of the labyrinth, she met him once more. He said, “This is only the beginning.”

An alternate-universe crossover fanfic. Everything is fictional. The familiar characters you see may simply be characters in an alternate setting, though you can also think of them as people from a parallel world.

This story is an experiment in the style of Japanese light novels, with a focus on suspense. Please proceed with caution if that's not your thing.

A serious warning: if you come across a character you don't recognize, please don't ask about them in the comments. Look them up on Baidu yourself. As the saying goes, if you want something done, do it yourself. And if you're too lazy, the author suggests clicking the red X in the upper-right corner. Thank you.

Also, this is a collaborative story, so if the author's replies seem to come in different tones, just assume the author has a split personality...
