I Won an Omega in a Raffle

Yuan Shu's perspective:

I've always firmly believed that the state would assign everyone a boyfriend. As a good young socialist, Yuan Shu has always believed this, and planned to stay single for the rest of his life :).

Then one day, the Omega Protection Association knocked on his door.

"Hello, are you Mr. Yuan? Congratulations, you've won an Omega in our lottery. We're here to provide premarital training."

"?"

Yuan Shu slowly typed out a question mark.

An Omega? One of those one-in-ten-thousand Omegas? You're handing them out as lottery prizes so casually? I think you're scammers, and I have proof!

I'd quietly planned out a happy life of coasting along as a couch potato forever, and now you're telling me I've won an Omega who is delicate and soft, and needs to be spoiled with a life of early mornings and late nights?

Is this good luck?

No, it's the greatest misfortune!

Yuan Shu's vision went dark.

Jin Xiao's perspective:

"One last confirmation, Chief Jin Xiao. Are you sure you want to offer yourself as a lottery prize?"

"I'm sure!" Jin Xiao smiled dreamily. "Leaving everything to fate: isn't that the most romantic Alpha-Omega love story?"

The staff member in charge of confirming the details had been about to try to talk him out of it. But looking at the Omega, already lost in some sort of fantasy, he finally understood why his seniors had left this task to him. He silently swallowed the words of persuasion on the tip of his tongue, checked a box on the form, and put on a professional smile.

"Of course. If you have any problems with the Alpha you meet, please contact the association at any time!"

"I believe in the god of love! There's no way anything could go wrong!"

How many gods do you believe in, exactly? the new office drone silently grumbled as he left the room. Besides, it's been confirmed for ten thousand years across the stars that there are no gods. Why would the top student at the Omega Academy have such unrealistic ideas? He began to deeply question the academy's education system.

After the staff member left, Jin Xiao's expression turned cold.

Alphas have always been the same. It doesn't matter who it is, does it?
