By a twist of fate, Sawada Chiyo became a disciple of the Heavenly Restriction Tyrant, beginning a fateful bond between master and student.

Over the next three years, Sawada Chiyo's strength skyrocketed as her master repeatedly threw her into piles of cursed spirits to fend for herself and beat her up. To exorcise cursed spirits openly and obtain an official license, Sawada Chiyo chose to enroll at Tokyo Jujutsu High after graduating from junior high.

What Sawada Chiyo didn't expect was that from then on, events would veer off course and become increasingly outrageous.

Meanwhile, once the higher-ups in the jujutsu world learned that curse users had a new leader, K, and his group, they ordered Sawada Chiyo and the others to find and kill the four special-grade curse users, K and his companions, to eliminate the threat.
