The Passersby of Yokohama

Blurb:

The books from the parallel and main worlds found life boring, so they held a meeting to figure out how to have some fun.

At last, they came up with a plan that would make everyone happy.

And so,

These people started appearing on the streets of Yokohama:

A sensitive Dazai as a three-year-old preschooler.

A Port Mafia showpiece whose height is pushing six foot three.

Mori, a pediatrician who is actually a good person.

Ango, an overworked office worker who finally gave in to corruption.

Miss Fukuzawa, who's actually a Ranpo fan.

Ranpo the mouse, the "wandering detective."

(The list isn't in order of appearance.)

More secret identities are being loaded in.

Perhaps you'll see this:

Rashomon is so shocked that he bites the weretiger: "What did you say?! Miss Dazai got married?! To Senior Chuuya?!"

Weretiger: "...I'm doomed, I'm doomed..."

Miss Dazai chuckles. "What's so strange about that? Chuuya can be pretty violent sometimes, but he's surprisingly good at taking care of people."

[Chuuya]: "Mm..." (speechless.jpg)

Or perhaps you'll see this:

Dazai: "...Is this Chuuya? That slug? He's way too tall to be a slug! Ah, how terrifying!"

Chuuya: "...Go die, Dazai."

[Chuuya]: "...Sure enough, Dazai, you still can't shake your mackerel nature."

P.S. There may be a little romance, but I chose the romance category because that's the main focus. There are other pairings too, but very few.

Aside from whether they're a couple or married, the pairings are left ambiguous. Just don't read too much into it.

Currently in ninth grade.

Updates whenever inspiration strikes.

Not abandoned.

Pretty busy.

I originally wanted to write about secret identities, but I couldn't accept having other people portray them in their place. What moved me was their story, but the person being praised for it wouldn't be them.

Theme: Alternate counterparts can have names of their own, too!
