My Stepsister Is a Cross-Dressing Jellyfish Monster

On the day of her coming-of-age ceremony, Ilaria remembered that she was the vicious rival character in an otome game. She was the heroine's stepsister: a scheming, fragile girl who envied and targeted the heroine. After a series of reckless misdeeds, she was executed by the prince, one of the heroine's suitors. To survive, Ilaria started getting along with her stepsister. When her sister's skirt didn't fit, Ilaria took her measurements for a new one herself, more attentive than anyone. When her sister first entered the Imperial Capital Magic Academy, Ilaria stayed by her side, protecting her at every turn. When her sister fell ill with a high fever, Ilaria cared for her tenderly and never left her side. And that wasn't all. To strengthen their sisterly bond, every night Ilaria would carry her pillow into her sister's bedroom. She would tug at her sister's sleeve, looking weak and pitiful, and beg to sleep beside her, nestling into her sister's cool embrace. Just like that, Ilaria's relationship with her stepsister, the heroine, really did grow closer and closer. All she had to do now was wait for the heroine to get together with her love interest. Once that happened, the game would end, and she wouldn't have to worry about the force of the plot anymore. But Ilaria packed her bags and waited, then waited some more, and still no news came of her sister falling in love. One more night, as they lay in each other's arms, Ilaria anxiously asked her sister if she had someone she loved. Her stepsister's eyes darkened as she lifted Ilaria's chin. Cold lips pressed against hers. Ilaria's eyes flew open in shock. "You're so slow on the uptake." "I've been doing this to you every night, and you still haven't noticed." Her stepsister's voice was hoarse. Masculine features appeared on her face as slick tentacles like a jellyfish climbed up and wrapped around them. Ilaria fainted from fright. When she opened her eyes, she found herself still in her stepsister's arms, and fainted again. It's over! This isn't a dream! The heroine was supposed to be a girl, so how did she turn into a jellyfish monster?! #Nonhuman #MaleLeadCrossdressesAsAFemale #WesternFantasy #MonsterAndHumanAreNotBloodRelated Theme: Helping one another
