[Mad Dragon Demon Lord x Sweet, Soft Little Fairy Grass]
[I Dumped the Demon Lord, and He Came Knocking to Beg Me to Take Him Back?]
Liu Wuzhi was a peace-loving lingzhi fairy grass in an immortal sect, but unexpectedly transmigrated into a beautiful spy sent to the Demon Lord.
On the night she was to serve him, the Demon Lord stood with his robes open, his eyes full of bloodthirsty intent. “Show me what you can do.”
Liu Wuzhi didn’t understand what he meant. She covered his solid chest with his robe and casually tied a bow with his sash.
Demon Lord: ?
To stay alive and get home, Liu Wuzhi spent every day on the verge of having her identity exposed, matching wits with the mad Demon Lord as she tried to protect her life and chastity. Somehow, she became the most popular person in the demon realm.
Rumor had it that the beauty planted shade-loving plants among piles of corpses and ruins, then coaxed the Demon Lord into basking in the moonlight and taking it easy with her.
Rumor had it that the beauty gave the Demon Lord’s true form a thorough snuggle and handed out copies of A Guide to Raising Ancient Ferocious Beasts.
Rumor had it that the beauty was insatiable, secretly consorting with other men, and the Demon Lord endured the humiliation for love.
…
On the day she left, Liu Wuzhi was nervous and guilty.
Her disguise had been a success. Not only had she kept her identity secret, she had also made it home safely.
*
The Demon Lord Baili Zheque was cruel and warlike, drawing his sword at the slightest disagreement. Only the beautiful woman who seemed to be a spy could bring him a brief moment of peace.
But he never expected her to leave without a word.
The day she disappeared, Baili Zheque went mad, using his blood to summon her soul. He searched everywhere, from the highest heavens to the deepest underworld, but couldn’t find her.
Three years later, the demon path invaded the immortal sect.
Looking at the young woman hiding behind her senior brother, darting glances around, Baili Zheque slowly narrowed his blood-red eyes. A storm raged beneath his cold, gloomy expression.
[Bonus Scene]
After war broke out between the immortals and demons, Liu Wuzhi often found injured people outside her door.
At first, she took in an injured little dragon demon.
Later, she took in the injured Demon Lord himself.
After that, her injured senior brother burst through the door, only to find the “hostage” he was supposed to rescue dangling with her feet off the ground, eyes misty, a dragon’s tail wrapped around her waist as her “kidnapper” held her in his arms and kissed her with abandon.
…Since when does saving the sick and injured require offering yourself to a demon?!
#What to do when a mad Demon Lord can’t stop thinking about you
#A righteous little fairy grass becomes the demon realm’s great beauty
#I asked the great dragon demon: does he eat grass or meat?
Reading guide:
1. One-on-one romance, both are each other’s first and only, happy ending. The heroine’s soul possesses another body at first, then returns to her own body later.
2. The couple has a 40 cm height difference. An amoral, world-ending Demon King x a sweet girl who grows over time. The leads have ferocious beast and plant forms.
3. My own worldbuilding, with plenty of invented lore. Please don’t overanalyze it.
Coming soon #1: Bound to the Sword Ancestor by a Love Gu ↓
[Easygoing Sword Ancestor x Rich, Elegant Beauty]
[We were never meant to meet. It’s all thanks to my money.]
Zong Shishi was born with the luck of a koi fish, a vast fortune, and incredible good luck.
Then she became bound by a life-sharing love gu to Cen Yu, the Sword Ancestor, who was rumored to have split open the heavens with one strike of his sword, yet was so poor he had to patch his Taoist robe.
Cen Yu badly needed money.
Zong Shishi valued her life.
Without saying a word, the two struck an underhanded deal.
The first time the gu flared up, the young man lay there in his snowy-white robes, not even lifting his lashes, lying flat and letting her do as she pleased. He looked like he was treating the whole thing as strictly business.
Zong Shishi paid him, dejected. It was a terrible experience.
Later, Zong Shishi got smarter. Before they started, she produced a bag of top-grade spirit stones. “Smile, and I’ll add a thousand taels?”
Cen Yu opened his pure, desire-free eyes and, after a pause, stiffly curled his lips into a smile.
Later still, she was sprawled beside the bed, her bones weak and her muscles limp, without even the strength to fetch her money. “C-could you let me pay you next time…?”
Cen Yu had already pressed his palm to her back, slowly channeling spiritual energy into her. His hoarse voice brushed her ear. “I charge by the session. I still have seventeen left.”
…Wait, how did I end up owing him?
Zong Shishi accidentally discovered that the deadly love gu had been dispelled six months ago.
She stared in a daze at the man beside the bed, as pure and elegant as snow covering a pine tree.
Then what was he doing now, undoing his clothes and lying down like he was ready and waiting?
#The years I kept the Sword Ancestor
#Bending for money is only natural
#Wait, weren’t we just in a purely financial relationship?
Coming soon #2: Mistakenly Used a Black Lotus as Medicine ↓
[Beautiful, Morose Junior Brother x Sickly, Proud Heiress]
[The demon who hates me confessed his love]
As the sole direct descendant of the foremost clan, Lan Wan was born with flawed immortal bones and needed the heart’s blood of a medicine vessel to prolong her life.
Hua Jin was the “medicine” her family raised for her.
Over the years, the Lan family took his heart’s blood seven times, carved out his spine three times, and severed his spiritual meridians countless times, all to keep Lan Wan clinging to life.
One day, Lan Wan had a prophetic dream.
Her treatment ended and her health was restored. But on her wedding day, the entire Lan family was wiped out. Her husband died in a spray of blood in the wedding hall, and she was imprisoned in a dark dungeon, where she died of blood loss.
Just before she closed her eyes, Lan Wan finally saw the murderer’s face.
It was Hua Jin.
When she awoke, the slender young man in plain white was kneeling quietly at her feet, his lowered lashes casting shadows as he offered her a bowl of medicine.
Lan Wan was so frightened that she dropped it.
To survive, Lan Wan began treating Hua Jin well. She tended his wounds, tied up his hair, let him cultivate alongside the clan, and even took his hand and introduced him to the man she had a crush on, her fiancé.
Watching his gaze grow gentler by the day, Lan Wan finally breathed a sigh of relief.
She’d probably… tamed him by now, right?
On her wedding day, Lan Wan voluntarily broke their life contract, arranged a bright future for Hua Jin, then climbed into her bridal sedan without looking back.
That night, a pale hand reached in from outside the red wedding curtains.
The young man’s clothes were soaked in blood, and even the sinister energy filling the entire Forbidden Abyss couldn’t dim his beauty. But his eyes had gone dark, like two bottomless pools. Something was growing there, little by little, growing madly.
Holding her husband’s head, Hua Jin stood amid the blazing flames. His long lashes hung damply, and he murmured as tenderly as before: “Senior Sister, I’ve brought your medicine.”
Lan Wan: ?!
*
Hua Jin hated Lan Wan to the core.
He hated her pampered, willful nature, her fickleness, and her insincerity. He hated that she had promised to stay by his side, yet put on a wedding dress for another man.
So he would make her pay.
He kept her in a gilded cage, chains and bells around her ankles.
He pressed medicine mixed with his heart’s blood to her lips, his breath damp as moss on a rainy night. “Senior Sister, is today’s medicine still bitter?”
*
Lan Wan thought she would meet the same end as in her dream.
But in the end, Hua Jin cut open the left side of his chest and held his still-beating heart out to her.
“Hurry up and eat, Wanwan.” The demon spoke slowly and gently, blood winding around his fingers like a poisonous snake. “Eat it, and you’ll live for a thousand years.”
“Then take my life with you, and hate me for a long, long time.”
#Did Senior Sister take her medicine today?
#Morose puppy: I’m good. I’m just pretending.
#He hates her so much that he only wants to lock her up and hate her alone
Theme: All things are good, and life goes on without end
Fortunately, I was quick and watched the original version of 🧋 before locking it.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so sweet
If Zhizhi has emotions and desires in the future, how will he react when he thinks of what the Demon King did before? 🧋 🧋
It's rare to see such fluent and vivid writing, with beautiful words but not cumbersome at all! The descriptions of characters and landscapes are well integrated into the plot, and there is no abrupt feeling at all. Instead, people naturally form corresponding images and pictures in their minds, and the sense of substitution is super strong! The character Zhizhi was initially portrayed as a naive and cute little Ganoderma lucidum who was ignorant of the world. Many of her literal interpretations made people laugh. At first glance, you may think she looks like a traditional "silly white sweet" image, but as you continue to look at her, from the plot of planting medicinal herbs, organizing a "harem", conquering Dharma protectors, compiling animal taming books, etc., Zhizhi's smart and intelligent appearance gradually emerges. As a reader, my understanding of Zhizhi advances together with the Demon King's understanding of Zhizhi. Therefore, the image of Zhizhi becomes increasingly full, which also gives me a big surprise. Zhizhi's core character throughout the book is: sincerity. She resolved all crises around her with sincerity. The demon lord and his subordinates doubted her, so she justified her name time and time again with her unselfish and purely for the other side's good deeds. The plot of Zhizhi conquering the major guardians and the "harem group" is superb. It feels like the profile of other people's views of her casts a white light on Zhizhi's sincere and kind background. People can't help but start to look forward to: What kind of beautiful scene will it be if the demon world is filled with fairy grass and is connected with the fairy world? When I first read the story, I felt that the Demon King was a murderous evil leader. Many of his actions seemed extreme, but they also laid the groundwork for the later revelation of his life experience. His image has two aspects: one is the world's view of him, including his protector and other people around him; the other is Zhizhi's view of him. As mentioned earlier, Zhizhi was portrayed as a "little Ganoderma" who was inexperienced in the world, so her starting point for observation was different from other people's. From her perspective, the image of the Demon King was more vivid, real, and fresh. He was no longer the facial expression of the demon, but a reasonable, capable, flesh-and-blood "person" who would be lost, injured, and "cry". He originally had a skeptical attitude toward everything, didn't trust anyone, and wouldn't be moved by anything. He presupposed from the beginning that everyone close to him had other purposes, some wanted power, some wanted glory and wealth, and some wanted his life. And Zhizhi, with her sincerity and kindness, explained to him again and again that there is really someone who will cherish you unconditionally (although she wants to use him to escape from the devil world, but according to Zhizhi's character, she will treat him well even without this purpose) and treat you sincerely. Demon Lord has changed a lot for Zhizhi, which is a super easy point to criticize. The sober person began to doubt his former values and judgment because of the enthusiastic person. In the end, her eyes were swayed by her and his heart beat up and down. He no longer killed innocent people indiscriminately, but listened to Zhizhi's words and learned to be lenient to others. He obediently opened up agriculture, firstly to make Zhizhi happy, and secondly because maybe his heart began to yearn for that world, the world that Zhizhi once described, where immortals and demons lived happily together. When he sees something, he goes to great lengths to do it, and when he sees someone, he goes to great lengths to get it. The senior brother is a very contradictory and complex character who shoulders many responsibilities. The Shura field between him and the Demon Lord is one of the most interesting points in the whole article 😆 Liu Zhi is the most tragic character, I love her so much, but luckily I gave her a good ending 🥺 The other supporting characters are also flesh and blood, there are no particularly facial makeup characters, they are all three-dimensional. I really like these guardians! It's a pity that Xuan Xi died. I really didn't guess that she was Junior Sister Xiao at the time!! This is a good story that teaches people what "love" is and how to "love". The early stage is relaxed and humorous, and the middle stage slowly unfolds the world view, gradually unraveling the mystery of Zhizhi, and finally defeats the villain, reveals the truth, sublimates the theme, and is reunited. Everyone has their own destiny. I just like to take a sip of HE full of love!
Oh, be confident, Demon Lord
