Suddenly, a delicate cry of surprise comes from the inner chambers. Everyone freezes. The iron-willed Chief Minister jumps up in a panic and hurries inside.

Behind the screen, the delicate beauty sits on the bed with her knees drawn up, watching warily as the man leans over and cages her between his arms. Her voice trembling, she asks, "What exactly are you trying to do, my lord?"

The man lowers his head and gives the corner of her lips a light peck, his expression unchanged. "Be your lover."
