Now, having earned his credentials and about to begin his residency at the Municipal People's Hospital, he's ready for people to call him "Doctor Tie!"
But on the night of his graduation dinner, he went to the park for a walk to help digest his meal and accidentally opened the door to a whole new world?
This world needs surgery.

The protagonist is a Mong guy from the human world, a martial arts master, and an ordinary passing surgeon.
He's ruthless and doesn't talk much. He doesn't much like mentally breaking his enemies, because he's better at destroying the vessels that house their minds (...
There's a reason for every "excellence," and in this world, they can even bring about greater dangers.
The characters' values do not represent the author's.
