The beautiful Jiang Tao declared that she was going to win over Ning Yucheng, the famous model student who ranked first in their grade and was known as an untouchable beauty.
She clung to him and pursued him relentlessly, making absolutely no effort to keep it discreet.
He ran, she chased!
The much-discussed rumor about them grew more and more popular at Zeqing No. 1 High School.

Ning Yucheng said, "Fine. Then I'll be the one to pursue you. I hope you won't say yes to anyone else before you say yes to me."
At first:
His friend asked him, "I heard someone is pursuing you?"
Ning Yucheng was getting annoyed. Jiang Tao, Jiang Tao again. How was it that he couldn't escape her no matter where he went?
Then:

He got more and more excited as he spoke, and Ning Yucheng suddenly punched him.
His friend's mouth bled at the corner. He stared at Ning Yucheng in shock. "Ning Yucheng, are you fucking crazy?"
Ning Yucheng glared at him viciously. "Watch your mouth."
Yes, he was right. Ning Yucheng was crazy, crazy enough to run straight to Jiang Tao and beg her to change her mind, forbidding her from liking anyone else.
He was so crazy that even though he knew Jiang Tao had only approached him as part of a scheme, he had still let himself fall for her.
