When a Socially Anxious Player Puts on an NPC Secret Identity

Wu Wei is socially anxious.

He has no parents, no money, and makes a living by playing games for clients. He plans his route a day in advance whenever he has to go out and never spends a second longer outside than necessary.

Until...

A human survival game shattered his peaceful life.

In just three months,

player "ww" became a lone wolf, fiercely claiming first place on the game's points leaderboard and becoming every player's dream teammate!

Wu Wei looked at the 99+ team requests. "..."

Luckily, he still had an item card.

The young man typed slowly: "A taciturn, vicious NPC."

That should keep people away, right?

He never expected the red-haired new player with an earring to appear in the next large-scale instance and run straight into the "NPC" on his way back from grocery shopping.

The "NPC" had a stunning face, black hair and snow-white skin, phoenix eyes lowered, and two tiny moles in a vertical line beneath his eyelid. His whole presence radiated a world-weary warning to stay away.

"Hmm."

Youze boldly walked right up to Wu Wei, rested his chin in his hand, and gazed at him for three seconds. Then he exclaimed like an idiot, "You're so gorgeous!"

With shameless ease, he snatched the grocery bag and put an arm around Wu Wei's back, pushing him forward. "Big brother, can I stay at your place for a while? I'm super, super, super good at cooking~"

"What kind of food do you like? Any dietary restrictions?"

Wu Wei, surrounded by all this enthusiasm and starting to struggle to breathe: ...

The players, dumbfounded: ...This... this messed-up game lets you play like this?!

-

Only when Youze's reputation as a lunatic became common knowledge among all the players, while he kept it perfectly hidden from Wu Wei, did they understand that he'd been plotting this all along.

The person he had his eye on would be his, in life and in death.

Not even a death game could take him away.

[Socially anxious bottom x "Sweetheart" scheming top]

#YoungerTop #OneSidedLove

P.S. The top pretends to be a sweetheart around the bottom, often acting spoiled and asking for protection. In reality, he's a deeply calculating lunatic.

P.P.S. The top had already appeared in the bottom's life many times before the game began, but the bottom never noticed even once (sobbing).
