The Fox Spirit Became a Male Insect

Hu You the fox is a spirit beast raised by human cultivators. He sleeps his way into an insect world, and as soon as he arrives, someone drains all his spiritual power by using him for cultivation. Fortunately, that big bad still has a conscience: he provides food and shelter, and knows how to soothe a fox.

In the insect world, males are as rare as one in ten million. The female insect Wei Li can't find a male and gets by on special-effect drugs with unpleasant side effects. One day, with his mental sea collapsing, he is clearing out alien beasts in the forest and chasing a three-meter-tall fox.

Then Wei Li's mental sea collapses completely. Acting on instinct alone, he wakes up to find only a fox cub lying motionless.

The little fox wrecks the house and causes trouble, always when no one's around.

But when it's being scolded, it plays dumb and acts adorable.

The little fox loves to eat, scratches insects, livestreams, and makes money.

One morning, Wei Li wakes up and watches the little fox lying beside his pillow suddenly turn into a male insect in human form.

Wei Li: So, what exactly happened in the forest that day?
