The Sharp-Tongued Concubine Who Puts Spoiled Brats in Their Place

Narcissistic young nobleman x fierce village girl

The Heir of Prince Jin was the most self-absorbed man around.

The daughter of a great general, known as the most beautiful woman in the capital? He said she lacked talent.

The prime minister’s legitimate daughter, hailed as the capital’s foremost beauty of intellect? He said she wasn’t pretty.

The talented and beautiful Princess Qingxuan? He said she had a bad temper.

His imperial uncle asked, “Qin Xuan, who on earth do you want to marry?”

The heir replied, “What woman in the world could be worthy of a nobleman as handsome and refined as me, with both literary and military talents?”

Then he led troops southwest to quell a rebellion, and his deputy tossed a fierce village girl into his tent.

That night, before he’d even made a move, the wild girl left a row of tooth marks on his hand and clawed bloody scratches across his face.

The heir was gravely wounded, and the whole army was in a panic!

The next day, she stole his warhorse and planned to butcher the prized steed for food.

On the third day, she roasted sweet potatoes over the precious sword bestowed by the emperor, then complained that it wasn’t as good as the iron pitchfork back home!

To tame the fierce village girl, he brought her back to the capital.

In the first month, she pushed Princess Qingxuan into the water.

In the second month, she nearly cut the Third Prince’s throat and even threatened to turn him into a eunuch!

By the third month, everyone in the capital knew: You could offend anyone, but never the Heir of Prince Jin’s unruly concubine!

His imperial uncle said, “Xuan’er, you certainly have unusual tastes!”
