Hiding the Moon

Four years ago, beside a Taoist temple, Xu Mengning kissed Lin Juan, who was there cultivating, taking advantage of her drunkenness. The man looked like someone from a painting, so clean and beautiful. After being kissed by force, he blushed and wiped his mouth, looking as if he were saying, "I'm not pure anymore." Xu Mengning laughed. "Hey, handsome, was that your first kiss?"

Lin Juan watched her walk away and said viciously, "I don't reason with drunks. Don't let me see you again!"

Four years later, just after graduating, Xu Mengning was suddenly recruited by the biggest talent agency in the Chinese entertainment industry. On the day she signed her contract, the aloof, distinguished CEO walked slowly toward her.

Xu Mengning: "Aren't you that little Taoist priest?"

The man looked down at her. "I've caught you."

Bonus scene: Lin Juan: "Don't worry. I don't get involved with my subordinates."

Xu Mengning: "Right. If you did, it might be hard to tell which of us was getting the better deal!"

Lin Juan, bright red, pushed the contract toward her. "Sign it already!"
