One Hundred Ways to Corrupt a Good Student

Xu Yan was a bad kid.

He was vile, hypocritical, and two-faced. His mother said he was a heap of stinking mud, and she wasn't wrong.

But Liang Song was different.

Liang Song was excellent, sincere, and kind, like the moon hanging high in the sky, his complete opposite.

Only Liang Song was good to him, and only Liang Song was willing to put up with his temper.

Xu Yan wasn't going to feel grateful. He could only feel jealous.

So he approached Liang Song with malicious intent, hoping to turn him into someone just like himself.

In a windowless room, he drew picture after picture of Liang Song.

The lines were bold and explicit, depicting fantasies he could never speak aloud.

One day, Liang Song found the drawings and started avoiding Xu Yan.

By the river, Xu Yan had been thrown out of his home. He glared at Liang Song and shouted, “Don't you find me disgusting? Why do you still come looking for me?”

Liang Song looked at his red-rimmed eyes and shook his head. “I don't.”

Xu Yan bit down hard on his arm, venting his anguish hysterically.

Liang Song simply held him in silence, letting him leave another ring of bite marks on his arm.

Xu Yan asked, “Why are you so good to me?”

Liang Song didn't know how to answer. He lifted Xu Yan's face and kissed his lips, just like the version of himself in the drawings.

Later, everything happened just as Xu Yan had wanted.

Liang Song fell from his pedestal at last. His future was gone, his reputation was gone.

But Xu Yan regretted it.

Years later, when they met again, Xu Yan thought Liang Song would hate him.

Instead, Liang Song held an umbrella over him and said, “It's raining outside. Let me take you home.”
