The Mysterious Healers' Pavilion

Also known as The Lord of Evil Spirits Keeps Getting Exposed

Chai Xinghe has been able to see “filthy things” since he was a child. He always thought he was exceptionally gifted, born with unusual talents.

On his deathbed, his grandfather clutched his hand and cried out, “My lord!”

Years later, by a twist of fate, he ended up at a clinic called Xuan Yi Pavilion.

There he ran into his sworn enemy, Zhou Muyun.

A thousand years ago, this man had used just one move, the Thirteen Needles of the Ghost Gate, to kill him.

Naturally, his top priority was to kill Zhou Muyun with his own hands and satisfy his grudge.

But he discovered that the child attendant who once served him had become Zhou Muyun's servant.

His own younger brother had even become one of Zhou Muyun's most capable subordinates.

And Zhou Muyun had taken command of the millions of evil spirits who once served him.

Worst of all, his own evil spirits' palace had become Zhou Muyun's home, and had even been renamed Xuan Yi Pavilion.

Chai Xinghe curled his lip. “Master Zhou, that's quite a trick, taking over someone else's nest! Do you think I'm dead?”

Zhou Muyun sipped his tea, perfectly at ease. “If you're unhappy about it, come take it back. I'll be ready whenever you are!”

Chai Xinghe put a hand on Zhou Muyun's shoulder, his claws catching in the long hair that draped over it. “What if I took over your body, Pavilion Master? Wouldn't that...”

From then on, Chai Xinghe spent every waking moment plotting how to take over Zhou Muyun's body.

Even Zhou Muyun, the great physician, never expected that a thousand years later, he would still be pursued by the Lord of Evil Spirits.

Socialism is great. This story is entirely fictional, so don't take it as reality.

No angst, a sweet little romance, and not a horror story.
