Hunter Series: I Am Chrollo

A falling star,

A people forsaken by the gods,

Wings stained with blood,

Transformed into an elegant cloak.

Humanity,

Fragile.

A despairing sigh,

No one to save them,

Facing cold, lifeless bodies,

Bearing the cross of defying the gods.

Shadows,

Selfish desires.

Spiders on the hunt,

Beauty steeped in blood,

An angel falls in hell,

Eyes flicker in the darkness.

Companions,

Together till the end.

Tears of sorrow,

Merciless slaughter,

A fate impossible to escape,

A soul longing for salvation.

Exhaustion,

Hesitation.

Seeking no understanding,

Seeking no comfort,

Acceptance is the final refuge,

The fallen angel returns.

A calm leader, so sorrowful it breaks your heart.
