[Coming Soon: The Sibling Variety Show's Biggest Suckers]
--Synopsis--
Jiang Wan is the scheming, tea-sipping villainess in a novel. She makes trouble and schemes nonstop, devoting herself to stealing the heroine's man. After she fails, she uses her looks, which are three parts similar to the heroine's, to ensnare a powerful man who loves the heroine but cannot have her.
Unfortunately, the man is shrewd and only reveals his true nature after their marriage. It turns out he merely sees Jiang Wan as the heroine's substitute, a plaything to amuse himself with. In the end, he wakes up from this ridiculous game of pretending, then turns around and tortures Jiang Wan to death.
When she opens her eyes again, Jiang Wan is back at the beginning of the story, with a new script and a new persona inside her.
The System tells her that if she follows the new persona and completes the new script, she can change the ending she met in her previous life. The script is difficult, though, so it might not be easy.
Jiang Wan, who was just tortured to death and then brought back to life: Fine, I'll do it. There's nothing I can't handle.
What could be harder than surviving for seven or eight years beside a madman?
The System: Your new persona is a timid, quiet, straight-A student who never causes trouble.
She was a poor student in her last life, but now she has to be a top student. She used to be arrogant and bully others, but now she has to be meek and let herself be bullied. The System says this is called doing the opposite.
Jiang Wan: ...I'd call it getting what I deserve.
Jiang Wan puts on her good-student facade and studies until she can barely tell day from night. Finally, she steers the plot in the exact opposite direction from her previous life. She flops back in her chair to bask in the sun and zone out, waiting for the System to give her a reward. Then she glances over and sees her new deskmate.
The boy is tall, with long arms. As soon as he pulls out a chair and sits down, he blocks most of Jiang Wan's sunlight. When the face from her nightmares appears in front of her, Jiang Wan gets so scared she falls right out of her chair.
"Good student, are you afraid of me?"
Jiang Wan: I'm afraid of you, my ass...
I thought if I studied hard, I could get away from that bastard. Instead, he sat down right next to me [dead inside.jpg]

Everyone at school knows Lin Sui is a hot-tempered rich brat, moody and liable to explode at the slightest provocation. What a waste of his privileged background and handsome face.
No one at school dares to get close to Lin Sui, except his deskmate.
A cute little bookworm.
But later, the bookworm gradually blossoms into a goddess everyone adores, and he starts to panic.
"Good student, can we talk about something?"
"Hmm?"
"Don't give up on me."
Looking back on the road I've traveled, you're the one thing I regret most. But I'm still selfish enough to hope you'll love me.
-----[Coming Soon: The Sibling Variety Show's Biggest Suckers]-----
Ye Niannian never imagined she'd transmigrate into a book, and bring along her unlucky twin brother.
They were born just seconds apart and have spent over a decade fighting, both determined to be the one on top.
This is a novel about a sibling variety show.
The show invites brothers and sisters from different families to see how their upbringings affect them.
It turns out that different family dynamics can make for a bigger difference than that between a person and a dog.
On the reality show about daily life:
Other pairs: The siblings get along, treating each other with warmth, gentleness, courtesy, and respect.
The Ye siblings:
They climb onto the roof, raid birds' nests, and go fishing in the river. When only one boxed meal is left for the group, they look at each other.
Ye Niannian: "Call me big sister."
Ye Ci: "Call me big brother."
Ye Niannian grabs Ye Ci by the hair. "Call me Dad! Or you don't get to eat."
The other pairs watch: I can't make heads or tails of this chaotic family dynamic.
The livestream viewers: Neither can we.
Later, the two go viral with a bizarre video of Ye Ci shouting, "I'm your dad! Get your ass up here!"
On the dating show:
The two can't stand each other.
"My little brother is lazy and broke. It's a miracle he's survived this long."
"My little sister is useless except for being pretty. Whoever takes her off my hands, I'll thank their ancestors for eight generations. I mean it."
The original male lead shows interest in Ye Niannian.
Ye Ci crosses his arms and scoffs from the side. "When did you go blind?"
Later, when he sees someone holding Ye Niannian's hand beneath a streetlight, Ye Ci is so furious he almost jumps from the fifth floor.
"Damn it! Who the hell are you? Let go of her, now!"
He was just talking big. How dare this guy actually make a move on his sister?
The male lead of the book: "..."
Questioning his whole life: Am I really the male lead?
I feel kind of unnecessary here.
#Damn, they're flirting right in front of me. Do they think I'm blind?#
#If I can't find a partner, neither can you!#
#The blind male lead: My terrifying brother-in-law#
Later, when Ye Ci is chased and beaten by a ghost on the show, Ye Niannian steps in front of him and declares, "He's my brother. I'm the only one who gets to hit him!"
Ye Ci: Heh heh, she called me big brother.

--A pair of siblings determined to be the other's dad
Theme: Cherish the people in your life.
Ah. . . The ending felt a bit rushed. . . It is obvious that Lin Sui loved Jiang Wan in her previous life and even cheated on her marriage. However, she did not go into details, nor did she write about the process of Jiang Wan and Lin Sui being together and the changes in their love. It is obvious that Jiang Wan cared about the memory of her previous life, and she did not really understand why Lin Sui treated him like that in her previous life. . .
After reading it, I felt so depressed. Why didn't you explain the matter of the substitute? Why not explain! ! ! The female protagonist originally liked this situation. After marriage, the male protagonist was very patient and coaxed when he got sick. It was just a matter of being a substitute! ! ! I feel really uncomfortable. It makes me feel like I can't finish it. . From then on until the ending, I didn't let go and didn't solve this problem head-on! ! ! Why why why (?Д?)?
The ending was a bit sudden. I thought there would be a process of mutual healing between the male and female protagonists, but I didn't expect that it would suddenly be a few years later... And then it would end. It's a bit regretful.
The author can write more extra stories! ! It's a pity that it's so complete! ! It's like a piece of cake that I was about to eat, but suddenly I couldn't swallow it.
Why does it feel like it ended so quickly? I feel like there's still a lot left unexplained, including the last life.
I don't know how to describe my mood now. Because I think the female protagonist never realized that she liked the male protagonist from the beginning to the end. She was addicted to her previous life, and then completely denied the male protagonist's kindness to her. After reliving her life, her life may have changed, but the male protagonist's life has become even worse. He gets sick earlier than he did in his previous life, and the girls he likes are getting better and better, but they are harder to woo than in his previous life. And because of his previous life, this girl has been guarding against him, even if he is really nice to this girl. In fact, there is nothing wrong with the heroine's behavior, but you make me feel that the hero is really too pitiful. Although he didn't say what earth-shattering things he had done to express his deep feelings. But in his mental state, I really feel that this life is too unfriendly to the male protagonist. It doesn't matter if it's over or not. I hope they can live a good life with each other in the future.
In fact, I really read this book from beginning to end, but what can I say, the ending may not be good. It's not that they are not good together, it's just that I feel that my wife has overlooked the key points that I want to see. In fact, I feel that the male protagonist's participation in this story is really low. To be precise, this is a comprehensive story about the heroine changing her fate against the odds and realizing her self-worth. The male protagonist seems to be just an added bonus. But this addition was so miserable. I always felt that the story was never finished and he was omitted in the end. Let's just talk about this redemption process. I really want to see it. Then the wife omitted it. How should I put it, that's it, thank you very much. After all, I haven't read romance for a long time, so this one is quite satisfying. Saved me from a book drought for a while. Thank you very much and happy ending!
. . . The end. . . A little sloppy. . . Why. . Didn't enjoy it to the fullest
Woohoo, I actually want to watch the extras, especially about the past life. But it's all over! This book is beautiful. The settings suit my taste.
There was obviously no substitute in the last life, just a random thought and no explanation. It just happened. I always thought that two people could sit down and talk and untie their knots. Even though they are no longer the original selves, I never thought it would end like this.
