I Inherited a Villain’s Apartment Building

An utterly ordinary, penniless college student x suddenly receives a huge inheritance one day An apartment building in the city. X thinks this is the start of a life of riches, but it turns out to be the beginning of a nightmare that will keep them up at night. None of the people living in this apartment building are ordinary. They're villains from various eras who were defeated by the protagonists' plot armor. The villains are deeply resentful and psychologically twisted. As the manager of this building full of villains, X's job is to dispel their resentment and help them reintegrate into society. X: Just keep smiling and get through it. But as the only "ordinary person" in the whole building, X can't help but brood over how the major villains are basically all completely abnormal. "Why are there people from ancient times here?!" "Alpha… is that a gender?" "Holy cow, this one isn't even human!" After finally accepting all sorts of bizarre premises, X works diligently and at last treats each villain's resentment with the right cure. To repay X, the villains enthusiastically offer to teach them all their special skills. X: …I don't need them! Just do your jobs and pay rent on time, and I'll be grateful! The villains: Making money? That's just a snap of the fingers. Before long, people notice that rising stars in entertainment, finance, and military news all seem to live in the same building. X finally gets the rent from the villains. Except for one holdout. The one living on the top floor, the legendary strongest villain, the one whose name makes the other villains shut their doors X: Mr. S, it's time to pay your rent. If you can't pay, you can pay with your body. S: I'll make sure you're satisfied. X: Wait, I meant you could help me manage the apartment building. Don't you dare lay a hand on me…!!!
