Help! I’m Surrounded by the Demon King

Synopsis written on 2021.7.1, screenshot saved. My name is Iruma Kentaro. I'm thirty-five years old and a freelancer. I don't have any outstanding characteristics, unless you count being 'unlucky.' You want to know how unlucky? The month before last, my only close friend was murdered in broad daylight. Last month, my ex-boyfriend, who used to go on and on about how much he valued Platonic love, threw himself without a second thought into the arms of a rich heiress and started living it up with nights of partying and decadence. Just now, the police called to say my only younger brother had been taken to the station. I refused to bail out that scumbag who sold his own son. Tch! Scum like him deserves to spend his whole life in prison! Now I'm standing outside my home, with nothing but ashes and dying embers left behind. Screw you, rotten heavens! My home is gone! I'm Iruma Kentaro, and just now I lost absolutely everything. The most infuriating part is that someone crawled out from under the burning wreckage and claimed to be my destined partner!!!!!!! Damn you, rotten heavens!!!! Theme: No one can stay at rock bottom forever. Keep struggling upward.
