[Western Crossover] When Superheroes Become Block People

(This novel will be exclusive to Jinjiang Literature City starting September 1. Please show it your support!) [Original title: When Superheroes Meet a Blockhead] I am a blockhead. My body is square, my head is square, and my home is square... My mission is to build my world: a square, deserted island. I don't have any materials, so I can go to Gotham ahead of me or New York behind me and swipe some supplies from the big-shot builders. Anyone who can make cities that grand won't care about a little nobody like me. On day one of scrounging for materials, I dug up a blockhead who was out of his mind and covered in debuffs... My already struggling household was in even worse shape. On day two of scrounging for materials, a red-name monster blew up the big shot's city. How dangerous... I “took advantage of the chaos” and hauled away tons of materials, grateful that my little island had no red-name monsters. On day N of scrounging for materials, I stared at my own underling, who had two names, and burst into tears. Me: We're both blockheads, so why do you get two names? And so many skins?! Second Bucket: ... I thought all I had to do was build my own deserted island. Why do I have to rebuild the big shot's city after it gets blown up, too? Is this the price I pay for scrounging for materials?! The superheroes: We got logistical support! No more worrying about our cities getting smashed. Battle damage down, down, down! About the romance: Me: I thought the blockhead I'd picked up was just an underling, but in the end he turned into a handsome guy who weighs 200 pounds! Second Bucket: I thought this might be a good-for-nothing benefactor with a few screws loose, but in the end I found out... she really is! (CP: Second Bucket. Refuses to learn.) It wasn't until the woman asked her to assassinate (train) someone... When you live under someone's roof, you have to bow to them. So she went, since the other woman was offering so much (there were too many of them, and she couldn't win). Later... Damian: “Why?” Her: “Your mom asked me to. I'm not insulting you; your mother personally gave me the job.” Damian: “And now?” Her: “Your dad offered more than your mom. I'm your bodyguard now.” Reading guide: 1. Third-person narration (this might be a silly comedy). 2. The heroine is a many-sided (not that kind of many-sided) person. 3. OOC! OOC!! OOC!!! 4. The block people and world blocks are modeled on Minecraft. Theme: Life may not go the way you want, but you should still focus on the joys in it.
