[Western Crossover] Summoning Superheroes Through Fanfiction

In the fifth year of the battle between the malice from the Dark Abyss and the world's consciousness, unable to defeat one another, they made a wager with the Life Tribunal as their witness.

And so a blood-red voting page appeared online: "Do you want the superheroes to stay, or do you want them to disappear?"

After three days of voting, when the tally for "Disappear" reached 87 percent, all the superheroes vanished completely before the eyes of the world. The darkness that had been cowering under the superheroes' deterrence instantly surged toward the world like a flood, sweeping across Earth along with the malice from the depths of the universe.

As everyone cried out in despair, a girl from Gotham brought the heroes back to the world with her pen.

Setaya had been a superhero hater for seven years straight. Having written many anti-superhero stories, she could list plenty of reasons she disliked them. But when faced with that vote, she hesitated for two days. Out of reverence for life and a few stirrings in her heart, she ultimately chose "Stay". But it was only a drop in the bucket.

Five years of being forced at gunpoint to sing their praises had never felt natural. On her way back to that so-called "home", watching the people suffer under the rule of the [REDACTED], Setaya finally broke down and sobbed uncontrollably.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry..."

Is there anyone... who can save us...?

At last, she understood that not everyone had the resolve to see the world as their responsibility and give everything for it, as the superheroes did. Nor did everyone have the courage to step forward like that.

But the next second, she heard a voice:

"The Host has understood the two most fundamental pillars of a hero: responsibility and courage. The Superhero Fanfiction Summoning System is activating."

"Young girl... do you want them to come back?"

The heroine has no romantic pairing. The pairings are Superbat, Stucky, Stony, Green Lantern and Flash, and others.

Theme: Heroes should not be denigrated.
