I Admit I Wasn't Pretending to Be B

The inspiration for this blurb came from a source before 2020-09-27. The column's inspiration has been archived. Here's what happened: I transmigrated into an ABO world and, to my great honor, became a female Beta. Believing that you should never neglect your studies, no matter the circumstances, I worked hard and studied diligently until I finally got into the highest-ranking military academy in the galaxy. I moved into the two-person dorm room I'd always dreamed of, only to discover... My roommate was an Omega pretending to be a Beta. The roommate next door was an Alpha pretending to be a Beta. I was the only real Beta. The worst part wasn't that they were both pretending to be Betas. It was... During mecha class, my Alpha roommate next door shoved me aside and took the attack for me. "Why are you trying so hard? You should... Oh, someone like you should go lie down and rest!" Me: "???" What was wrong with that??? In the dorm, my sweet Omega roommate spoke softly to me. "I know your secret too. Let's help each other through our heats." Me: "???" What are you trying to do??? Wait, you've got it all wrong. I'm really a Beta, a real Beta. I'm delicate and weak not because I'm an Omega, but because I'm a total loser!!!! PS: Trying to write a clichéd story about two men and one woman (?) Theme: Strive for self-improvement
