When I Became the Offspring of an Evil God

My upcoming story: Divine Artifacts Belong Only to the Strong Tang Jianyu transmigrates into a discontinued, melodramatic cultivation BL novel as... A sword. Have all the transmigration slots filled up so completely that people can't even transmigrate as people anymore? (eyes trembling) And it's no ordinary sword. It's the protagonist's sword, so naturally it has all the prestige one could ask for: an ancient sword immortal's relic, complete with automatic recognition of its master. But it starts at the peak. As a divine artifact in a melodramatic BL novel, its greatest purpose is to serve as a prop when the protagonist and his other male lovers get it on, then take a fatal blow for the protagonist just before he dies, shattering into pieces. Thus ends the miserable sword life of the most hyped-up divine artifact in the entire story, with absolutely no battle record to show for it. So the sword spirit got angry and used a forbidden technique to reverse time and summon the soul of Tang Jianyu from another world. It left him with a battered sword body and a faint hope of recovery, then vanished from the world. He was left alone with a battered, rust-covered blade, a future as a sex toy, and a group of cultivators soon to arrive and fight over their fortunes when the ruins opened. His only glimmer of hope was the divine artifact's innate talent. The sword body could only recover its former strength if people witnessed the artifact's might and elegance, and came to long for it and covet it. Tang Jianyu understood. Automatic recognition of its master? Chosen one? Get this straight! I, a divine artifact, belong only to the strong! As a game designer in his previous life, Tang Jianyu knew exactly how to stir up people's greed for a divine artifact. First, he would invent an impressive origin story and, ideally, have an authoritative ranking list to back it up. And so, in the 65th year of the Cultivation Era, a strange list appeared. It recorded the ten great divine artifacts of ancient times, including the Pangu Axe, the divine weapon with which the ancient god Pangu created the world, and the Xuanyuan Sword, the weapon that defended the realm...
