I Turned Lucifer into a Leg Warmer

Michael is human. In his time, Heaven and Hell wage war across the mortal world. Jehovah is hidden away in the Holy Temple, a flood that will destroy the world sweeps across the land, angels walk among humans, and demons run rampant. Humanity trembles, homeless and adrift, wandering from place to place. [Hello, human. Which side would you like to join?] Michael: ...Heaven, I guess. [, The haughty angels refuse to let you join] Michael: Then Hell. [, Mighty Hell doesn't accept trash] Humanity: To be born human is a sorry thing. Michael: Please, can we be serious? Is there any way to save my life? Humanity: Close your eyes and love no one. Michael: ...And then? Humanity: Then pray :) Faced with all kinds of bizarre angels and demons, not to mention a portrait of Michael shoved right in his face, Michael decides to choose death. So he burns the archangel's relics, digs up the grave of the saintly Messiah, smashes the Demon King's altar with a sword, and even steals a little statue. The statue is beautiful and obedient. He cuddles it and gives it hugs and kisses three times a day, and sometimes plucks out a feather. Far away in Hell, the Demon King suddenly notices his wings are shedding. And his statue is being held by a human with black hair and black eyes, who looks a lot like the archangel Michael, the one who once ran him through with a sword. Lucifer: ... Lucifer: Wait.
