[Crossover] The Anti-Trope Coser

Question: What should you do if you transmigrate while cosplaying? Thanks for asking. I'm in the streets of Yokohama, and I immediately called the friend I was cosplaying with. I'm already on my way to find them. So here's the first rule of transmigrating: check whether anyone else transmigrated besides you, then meet up with them as quickly as possible. It doesn't matter if canon characters get in our way. If you're cosplaying as a character from Bungo Stray Dogs, people will look down on you if you don't drop by the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia. But that's not our main goal. We want to go home. So... What do canon characters matter? I just want to take my friend home. But why are these canon characters looking at us with pity? Weird. Content warnings: The cosplayers aren't especially fond of the canon characters. They aren't fans of any particular character, and they have their own reasons for choosing these costumes. As a result, they'll be unfriendly to characters who get in the way of their goal. The protagonist's attitude in Chapter One already makes that quite clear. This story lightly subverts the usual tropes. The cosplayers don't want to stay in the world they've transmigrated to, so they won't deliberately act like their characters. But every canon character will imagine each cosplayer as a tragic, powerful, beautiful figure. The cosplayers are somewhat insular and generally can't accept the canon characters. That's all. If none of that bothers you, go ahead and read. Theme: Though we live in a foreign land, our hearts are at home. Home is within reach, yet also far away.
