[Crossover] To Avoid Being Assimilated, We Went Wildly Out of Character

Recently, all kinds of strange people have been appearing in Yokohama. They are: The bandage-wrapped guy who cherishes life. The hat-wearing guy who does as he pleases. The righteous President Mori. The cunning Boss Fukuzawa. The world's number one corporate wage slave. The sickly, short-tempered little tiger. The virtuous understudy Ryunosuke. The people of Yokohama: This is enough to shock our ancestors eighteen generations back! "You probably won't believe this, but all the characters above are members of our agency cosplaying." "What? You want to know why we're so out of character? Don't you know we got famous precisely because we're so outrageously out of character?" "Most importantly, if we act in character, we'll get assimilated!" The cosplayers who appear aren't limited to the ones listed above, nor are they limited to cosplaying characters from Bungo Stray Dogs. There's a month left before final exams. As a ninth-grade student, I want to spend that time studying hard, so I'm taking a month off. I'm very sorry! Here's a preview of an upcoming story: The Great Detective Edogawa [Note: This is written in the third person, not the first person.] When I opened my eyes, there was a pool of blood nearby. The moment I saw it, I knew its owner's name was Kairyu. And as I recalled her name, I gradually began to understand myself as well. My name is Eido... Hm? I can't remember the rest of it? Oh well, it doesn't matter. I'm a great detective, and I must solve the mystery of Kairyu's death... First, I have to find Kairyu's body. As I searched for Kairyu's body, a man wrapped in bandages and a white-haired boy with bangs that looked like they had been hacked off blocked my path to solving the mystery. Then a silver-haired man in a kimono, a guy who called himself the world's greatest detective, a glasses-wearing control freak who made plans for everything... and more showed up one after another. They all called me "Edogawa Ranpo" or "Same-Body-kun," and invited me to visit their Armed Detective Agency. But what does that have to do with me? I have only one goal: to solve the mystery of Kairyu's death. Theme: No matter what happens, never forget who you are.
