Reckless (GB)

In early spring of the fourth year of Tianyuan, Yan Wan met someone at the Luming Banquet. He was a young master of the Su clan of Qinghe, whose name became known throughout the land in a single day. Su Changji grew up in the most romantic and free-spirited branch of the Su clan. The first person he ever fell for was a woman he could never have. Everyone said that the noblewoman seated high in the grand hall had taken an interest in him because he looked like someone else. The one who was taboo in the capital. He didn't believe it. He lived up to her expectations, becoming the most proud and imperious Ninth Young Master of the Su clan. He studied swordsmanship, archery, horsemanship, and the art of war, becoming the most carefree young lord in the capital. Only on his wedding day did he learn the truth. He was not that person. It turned out that people really do get what they deserve. When Yan Wan heard that Su Changji had disappeared at Lingtai Temple, she finally realized how true those words were. The man she loved had become the person she first met because she had crushed his pride with her own hands and smoothed away all his rough edges. On entering the peach grove, she met a young lord whose noble bearing and charm stole her heart. For years afterward, she could think of nothing but him.
