Rayleigh tells him that this is just the way things are, but Tsuna can't ignore it or accept this twisted worldview. One day, after Tsuna's fish-man friend, whom he had met by chance, is kidnapped by pirates and nearly sold into slavery to the Celestial Dragons, Tsuna's Conqueror's Haki erupts. Rayleigh prevents things from going any further and begins teaching Tsuna how to master Conqueror's Haki, Armament Haki, and Observation Haki. Before Luffy arrives at Sabaody, he falls into the water and goes missing. After Rayleigh and Shakky meet Luffy, they often find themselves thinking of Tsuna, and mention him a few times in front of Luffy's crew, making Luffy and the others curious about Tsuna.
