Coming soon: The Eldest Princess Returns. If you're interested, visit my author page and add it to your reading list.
For decades, the north and south have stood opposed. Jiang Ying, the eldest princess of the southern state of Chen, has assisted her younger brother in ascending the throne since she was fifteen. For ten diligent years, she has never dared to slack off, even repeatedly postponing her wedding. Yet one month before the ceremony, her own brother betrays her, sending her to the northern state of Ye as a dancer in the Northern Prince's estate, to strengthen ties between the two nations.
When Jiang Ying wakes, she has become Xiao He, a dancer in the Northern Prince's estate. She hears that the eldest princess of the Southern Dynasty has died of an illness, and that the emperor of Chen is overcome with grief as the whole nation mourns. She has been “declared dead” and lost her family, identity, power, wealth... everything.
To return to Chen, Jiang Ying endures humiliation and does everything she can to win the favor of Northern Prince Xie Zhen.
Xie Zhen has guarded the border for years and survived countless assassination attempts. He never shows his true face, and a troop of masked personal guards is always at his side. They watch as the songstress sent from Chen tries every means to please his stand-in.
Xie Zhen: Is this songstress a little slow?
Much later, Jiang Ying escapes back to Chen, and peace talks between the two nations resume. He meets the legendary eldest princess of Great Chen, who has supposedly “come back to life,” and is stunned to realize she is the very same Xiao He, the dancer who once lived at his estate.
Xie Zhen: I thought I was just teasing an idiot, but it turns out I'm the real idiot!

You can still see articles like this in 2022, really. Ye Qing is back. No watering, no procrastination, no routines, no missing points, a refreshing and complete story, the writing style is old but not oily, and the author's original intention is still there. Reminds me of ten years ago when the gods shone. But it's just a little short.
Overall, it's pretty good. I finished reading it in one sitting, but there's one thing I don't quite understand. Why can I not contact him for ten years even though he likes her so much?
The ending was so unexpected, I thought their detective travels could continue to be written down.
I also felt caught off guard, but I am looking forward to new articles. After all, the articles from Hu Jiao, Gu Ming, Shu Xiang, Yang Tao, Tang Ying, Shizi to Lu Wei have never let me down. However, I still hope for the best, and I hope that Dada can finish writing Po Meng. I only found out after reading a few chapters that Dada has stopped writing, but I still miss Meng Po. As the saying goes, if you never forget, there will be repercussions. Can you hear my call?
It's hard to explain how the two masters came together to make a pile.
The sudden fast pace is a bit confusing
I really like the setting of this book. I feel like there are a lot of things that haven't been written out. It's a pity.
It ended so quickly, and it felt a little rushed later on.
Separate the family as soon as possible! The Lu family is so upset
A selfish person says that others are selfish! So funny
