Reborn as the Spoiled Little Sweetheart of a Possessive Insectoid Lord [Insectoid]

Blurb:

Qi Yao transmigrates into a story about the insect race and becomes a noble, beautiful male insect.

Yes! A wish-fulfillment life! I'll latch onto a powerful patron and rise to the top of insect society!

System's friendly reminder: Host, in the original story, you used despicable means to force General Yi Er, in order to rise to the top of insect society. You lived off Yi Er's wealth, then were brutally killed by him.

Qi Yao: …

System: Host, please follow the sweet, married-first-love-later romance script, cling to General Yi Er, and reach a happy ending!

Qi Yao: You call this sweet romance? I can't do this. I won't do this. I kind of want to run away.

System: Sorry, as the chosen insect who has awakened 0.1% of Yi Er's affection, I can only tell you that it's too late.

Yi Er looked down on those high-and-mighty male insects. To keep up appearances, he reluctantly accepted Qi Yao, a male insect who seemed just a little more agreeable than the rest.

But this male insect acted pretty strangely after they got married.

For the sake of reproduction, Yi Er swallowed his humiliation and tried to fulfill his marital duties.

Qi Yao crossed his hands over his chest in a big X. "D-d-don't come any closer! I believe in equality between spouses. We need to have feelings for each other before we can do that!"

On the surface, Yi Er remained calm. Inwardly, he sneered as he handed over all his assets to Qi Yao, as the rules required. Three months later, Qi Yao transferred a huge sum to Yi Er, ten times what he'd started with.

Qi Yao said nonchalantly, "The stock market's been bad lately. I'll help you buy back in after a while."

Unable to take any more of Qi Yao's demands, Yi Er impatiently handed him the highest level of access to his starship. Before long, Yi Er piloted that very starship and blasted a hundred thousand enemy troops to smithereens.

Qi Yao took no credit. "Well? Isn't the starship I upgraded powerful?"

At last, when Qi Yao was attempting his one hundred and first affection-boosting mission, Yi Er surrendered. "My lord, is the way I mooch off you not good enough? Why do you keep paying me back twice over?"

Qi Yao gazed at Yi Er's affection level, which had shot off the charts, and belatedly realized: Had I really changed an enemies-to-lovers story... into a sweet romance?

[Innocent, cute top x obsessive, beautiful and strong bottom]

* (Important) This story is not suitable for fans of the top!

* Strong bottom, weak top; one-on-one, both sexually inexperienced. They dote on each other, with the bottom getting more affection early on, then mutual doting later. Full of melodrama!

* This is a romance-focused story. Every plot development serves the leads' love story. The logic is simplistic, so please be gentle if it's not your thing. Orz.

Theme: Love means respect. Love means equality.
