The Chancellor Is Still the Child of the Planes Today

Ever since birth, Ji Shu seemed to have been saddled with some strange buff: her luck was ridiculously, truly heaven-defyingly good.

She had spent twenty years disguised as a man and serving as prime minister of the Jin Dynasty without anyone finding out, and that was just the beginning. Though she was laid-back and approachable, everyone thought she was an incredibly powerful boss. The emperor called her his teacher, and her subordinates were devoted to her. One year, during a severe drought, dozens of priests performed rain dances for three days with no result. Ji Shu climbed onto the altar, and down came a torrential rain.

Ji Shu: Honestly, I don't think I did anything... Really.

She worked herself to death and thought that was the end of her cheat-powered life, but it turned out Heaven loved her far too much.

When she opened her eyes, she had been reborn five hundred years in the future in the body of an obscure actress named Ji Shu, who shared her name.

Prime Minister Ji was exhausted.

Yu Wushuang, a national preceptor who had lived disguised as a woman, was reborn.

The Jin Dynasty was long gone, and the modern era was fascinating. The only downside was that you couldn't preach nonsense about religion, or you'd end up in jail.

Most importantly, he had finally escaped his natural nemesis!

Yu Wushuang was sitting in the station drinking tea for the eleventh time when he pointed a trembling finger at the television in the corner. "Who's that?"

"Looks like some minor celebrity." The police officer glanced over. "What was her name again... Ji Shu, I think."

Yu Wushuang: "..."

Could he kill himself and be sent back?
