The Mysterious Slaying of the Gods

As a marionette, Gehrman Sparrow harbored a blasphemous thought: He wanted to kill a god. The fanatic prayed to his own deity: Praise the Fool. You are the savior of the apocalypse, the beacon for all living things. People chant your revered name. But only I know how exhausted you are. So I will kill you, and let you enjoy eternal peace. Just as expected, he failed like a moth flying into a flame. But when he opened his eyes again, Gehrman Sparrow found himself back in a world where the Lord had yet to arrive, one year earlier. Does that mean I can change my Lord's fate in advance, so that all He has to do is sit upon His divine throne and listen to His followers' devout prayers? Praise the Fool. Gehrman Sparrow, Seer Pathway, Sequence 2, Miracle Invoker. Tonight, he joins the conspiracy of the gods. [Everything is for the Lord I worship] Sorry, but fanatics are just too hot (drools). While reading, I couldn't help thinking that Gehrman's character was dancing wildly to my tastes. (But his character art killed any worldly desire I had to make him my waifu...) So go on, desecrate the gods! Klein works so hard. He deserves a rest. Theme: Praise the Fool
