Assistant Gu Wants to Quit Every Day

Ruthless, fierce alpha × sharp-tongued puppy-like omega

Pei Chengjing was born a young master, a cut above the rest.

His parents doted on him, and everyone around him fawned over him.

The greatest hardship he ever faced was getting hurt by Gu Huai.

Gu Huai tossed Pei Chengjing aside as casually as if he were throwing away a dog.

Years later, Gu Huai became his personal assistant.

Pei Chengjing: I'm going to pay him back a thousandfold for what he did to me! I'll make things difficult for him and humiliate him!

Pei Chengjing's eyes were clear and earnest. “I really like spending time with you!”

Now, Gu Huai had become Young Master Pei's assistant. Pei Chengjing had changed completely from the way he used to be. He was now irritable, eccentric, willful, and demanding.

One day, while drunk, Pei Chengjing pushed him away. The drunk young master didn't know his own strength and struck Gu Huai on the cheekbone, breaking the skin and drawing blood. “Don't tell me what to do! I could find a hundred men and women, and you still wouldn't have any say!”

Gu Huai finally lost his patience. He grabbed the young master's flailing hand with one hand and gripped his chin with the other, his gaze dark. “What if I insist on telling you what to do?”

Pei Chengjing's eyes were bloodshot. “Then why are you thinking about quitting every single day?”

Assistant Gu: “Because I don't want us to be boss and subordinate. I want us to be family. Is there a problem with that?”

Pei Chengjing: “...”
