[Batman/Iron Man] Heroes to Each Other

When your childhood friend, missing for seven years, returns in glory and becomes your greatest rival in love, how do you feel?

Tony on the outside: Of course I'll forgive him.

Tony on the inside: Thanks for asking. Watch me blast him to death with a repulsor.

When your arrogant, obnoxious childhood friend gets kidnapped and turns into a tomato-and-egg-flavored superhero, how do you feel?

Bruce on the outside: Being a superhero is dangerous. I hope he doesn't get hurt.

Bruce on the inside: Just wait, I'll turn you into a watch. Batman is watching you.

See how Tony and Bruce say one thing but mean another, and how Iron Man and Batman become each other's heroes.

This is my first time writing. My prose is terrible.

I haven't read the comics. Everything I know comes from the movies, fanfiction, and fanfiction of fanfiction, so there may be massive out-of-character moments. If that bothers you, run while you can.

Theme: Supporting each other and moving forward through the darkness.
