[Three Kingdoms] My Lord Is Definitely Not Cao Cao

When Guo Jia was ten, he once fell and landed on a soft, fragrant person.

Over the next three days, Guo Jia came to understand a few things.

First: The man he would serve in the future was a foolish ruler who could lose the empire even after unifying the north.

Second: This foolish ruler also planned to discard his useful men once their work was done.

Third: The foolish ruler's name was Cao Cao.

So, after returning to his own time, Guo Jia set off with firm resolve to find a worthy lord.

He had two requirements.

First: Not a foolish ruler.

Second: Not named Cao Cao.

Foolish Ruler No. 1: Yuan Shao (full of schemes but indecisive, with too many plans and no clear priorities)

Foolish Ruler No. 2: Yuan Shu (a spoiled princess with a temper, and Guo Jia didn't feel like indulging him)

Foolish Ruler No. 3: Liu Biao (No, Jia doesn't want to settle for ruling a corner of the land.)

Guo Jia grew discouraged.

But... he had heard that Liu Bei of Xu Province was a benevolent man. Why not... go take a look?

On that trip, Guo Jia found himself a lord.

The kind of close friend who would drink and feast with him (a partner in crime).

Guo Jia's eyes lit up, and he pledged himself to Liu Bei in a heartbeat.

Lord Xuande certainly lived up to his good reputation.

While Cao Cao was attacking Liu Bei, he picked up a little strategist.

The little strategist loved to smile.

The little strategist was handsome.

The little strategist loved to drink.

The little strategist was brilliant at strategy.

Cao Cao's little strategist was wonderful in every way, except...

“Do you know Cao Cao?” the little strategist asked while drunk.

“I do.” Cao Cao's face lit up. Could the little strategist have heard of him?

“Let me tell you... Cao Cao... is a bad guy. You're not allowed to like him...” the little strategist mumbled.

“What did he do?”

“Anyway... he's a bad person...” The little strategist leaned on the table, propping his head up with one hand. “By the way... what's your name?”

“Liu Bei.” Cao Cao's survival instincts kicked in.

The little strategist immediately threw himself at him. “You are truly my lord!”

Cao Cao couldn't tell whether he ought to burst out laughing or have a heart attack...
